Had a family emergency and had to change my reservation. Customer service (Miguel Diaz) was super helpful, caring and understanding. He helped to modify the reservation. I am very grateful and very happy I rented through Hola!

Hola were great ,not only were they the cheapest and all the extra insurance included ,when I had a problem on my return home from holiday with Avis who tried to charge me for refuelling the rental car ,although I returned it full of fuel and also it was only half full when picking it up.
I contacted Hola and an assistant,Miguel ,sorted it all out and got me the refund absolutely first class customer service would definitely recommend this company

Excellent after sales
Excellent after sales. The problem was that Dollar at Miami Int. Airport refuses us to gave the booked car. They want to have money for extra insurances. After a long talk at the desk the came with a total of $ 1280 for three weeks. After 5 minutes he said I will give you my commission back, so it was around $ 1000. We had to take the LDW for $ 373.-. After contact with Simón from Hola, weeks later I had my money back. Thank you!

Hola arranged a rental car for us through Avis. The entire process and the car itself were perfect. After we returned the car, Avis charged my credit card for unjustified fees. Hola resolved the issue within a day, and the refund was processed the same day. Top-notch customer service—the best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend them!
