Great fast support from Malory regarding 2 wrong charges in my credcard.

I recently hired a car through Hola Car Rentals for the duration of a holiday in the USA.
A problem arose after I had returned the car after a 2-week vacation when the well-known company that had supplied the vehicle billed me, incorrectly, for more than $700. The car rental had been paid in full prior to the holiday commenced.They insisted the charge was accurate. It wasn't.
Fortunately, after I contacted Hola Car Rentals, they took the matter up with an impressive determination, eventually persuading the car supplier to refund more than $500. This was still over $200 short, so I contacted Hola. Again, their professional approach to recouping the balance of money due was hugely impressive. The supplier eventually handed the money over.
Massive thanks are due to both Sofia and Juan at Hola Car Rentals; it was reassuring to have these guys on my side. Had it not been for this duo, this matter could have dragged on for months and months.

How easy it was to book and when I had a question to ask Hola replies straight away through WhatsApp

Hola quoted a price which was paid. On collecting the car from National additional fees were charged above the original quotation. On complaining Hola stated that they cannot be held responsible for National increasing the fee. Conclusion go direct to the rental company and miss out Hola!

Highly recommended Hola Car Rentals!

I am from New Zealand and recently booked a car in Los Angeles for 3 days through Hola Car Rentals. During the pickup, the rental company did not clearly explain some extra services, but later I noticed additional charges on my credit card statement.

I contacted Hola Car Rentals through email, and Mr. Simon from their support team handled my issue very professionally. He spoke with the rental company regarding the extra charges, and I received my refund within just 3 working days.

Special thanks to Mr. Simon for being honest, hardworking, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Hola Car Rentals. They also offer very affordable car rentals in the USA.

Customer service was exceptional from Hola Car Renatals. From the initial order to vehicle collection, the communictaion and help was superb, and then even better after vehicle drop off with some extra help. I will definitely use Hola again on my next trip to Orlando.

Excellent service

Hola Car Rentals is a good company.
My advice is, print there voucher and take it with you to the car rental company.
We had hertz in LA. Nearby the airport, there was a shuttle bus between those.
Around 15 minutes.
We could choose every car there were parked in the garage.
Advice two make picture of your car after picking up and returning en also of your gasoline level.
We drove a buick and love it very much.

I have now used this company twice. The first time was an excellent experience no hassles and I got the car at the price and with the perks listed in the confirmation. This time I had a good price and comparison to other companies and we will see how the experience goes
