Hola = strong Customer Service...benchmark!

The rental car company charged us for additional services that we hadn't agreed to. Hola's service team went above and beyond to help us get a refund for these charges.
It’s exemplary for a car rental broker to stand up for its customers like this. We’re grateful and will always book through Hola in the future. Not just because they have very affordable deals and great value for money, but above all because they’re there for their customers!

Trustworthy! Booking was clear, easy, quick, and includes all fees!

Booking was clear, easy, and quick.

Most importantly, they include all the necessary insurance and offer a guarantee so there won't be any surprises when you get to the rental company's counter (I've been burned by this in the past and was determined to prevent it)

My booking confirmation from the rental car company confirms that I've got all the necessary insurance.

Gotta love a company whose differentiator is protecting their customers from surprise charges! Highly recommended! 🙌

I had an excellent experience renting a car in the USA. The booking process was quick and easy, with clear pricing and no hidden surprises. Everything was well explained upfront, which made the whole experience stress-free.

When I arrived, the pickup process was fast and efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, which gave me confidence straight away.

Driving throughout my trip was a breeze, and returning the vehicle was just as simple — no delays or complications. Overall, it was a smooth and reliable service that made my trip much more enjoyable.

I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for convenient and trustworthy car hire in the USA.
