If you enjoy being completely ignored…

If you enjoy being completely ignored after handing over your money, then Hola Sun Holidays might be the travel agency for you.

I booked a trip through a travel agency using Hola Sun as the service provider, and from that moment on, customer service magically disappeared. There was no option to reserve seats in advance, no option to book VIP lounge access in Havana, and—best of all—I was never provided with my PNR number, which means I can’t even try to fix their mess by contacting the airline directly.

I emailed their customer service. Silence. I waited a full week and then escalated to the President of this “establishment”. Guess what? Still silence. Apparently, once they have your money, responding to customers is optional—or beneath them.

This is a complete and total lack of customer service. No transparency, no accountability, no response. I’ve used Sunwing and Air Canada Vacations in the past, and while they certainly have their flaws, at least they acknowledge that customers exist and actually respond to emails.

Hola Sun Holidays? Absolute radio silence.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company unless you enjoy frustration, unanswered emails, and zero support.
1 star, and that’s being generous.

We made a booking for 5 rooms through…

We made a booking for 5 rooms through Holasun for my vacation in Cuba at the Aston Costa Verde hotel for my family . My booking was cancelled without any reason given 1 day before going to the Hotel and we just found out that the booking was cancelled by the Travel Agency . I paid with a debit card and the money was fully charged. How is it possible that they cancelled my booking one day before without prior notice, especially considering that the payment was made with a debit card and not a credit card. Now we spend 4 000 Usd on fly tickets and travelling and almost 5 000 Cad on that booking. No response from their side and even if they refaund all the money its going to take at least 3 days to get it back and we lost all the plans for our vacation. Very disappointing to see this kind of scammers that they call themselves travel agencie
