Robert, he helped me a lot with booking my flight for a great price specially when it was a last minute purchase. Grateful with the service and guiding process from start to finish.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Robert was my representative. Company service at the beginning was no good. But after they found another options for my travel.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Robert is very helpful for double confirmation of my flight schedule. The ticket was not as cheap as I expected, but under the circumstances, I think they did their best for me and my family.

The booking experience is a nightmare…

The booking experience is a nightmare with this website. While booking the site offers cancellation insurance $30 and while calling and asking for they say its only applicable for medical emergency. This is complete hidden while booking. Also they threaten that a no show will cause you $1000 in IATA penalty so you must take this flight out somehow no matter what the weather is ? or any other unaffordable condition is. This is a complete scam collecting the money and they are not issuing the ticket until last moment an asking to show up at the airport inspite of your condition. The agent who helped was a nice gentlemen who was able to openly give information and get the ticket changed to some other date so that way you don't lose the whole money. Overall, this is a complete hoax and never do business with with website! The website has bunch of booking agencies connected to them and they come online and do their level best to use their money they want. I was represented by a company called Friendz Travels who the heck they are and what business they have to do with, god only knows!!!!
I checked the online price for the same ticket they re-booked for me it was just $234. But they rebooked at the price of $457 taking $223 as their booking fee.. Its a total cheating business. Porter is allowing them to do that is the beauty of this entire ordeal. They are using the name Porter airlines and threatenig me that the no show will cost me $1000 at the airport as per the IATA regulations. So better I must show up at the airport! I have no idea what I am doing? throughout this whole ordeal they are using Holidaybreakz emails and transaction protocols. They have absolutely no mercy when it comes to cheating like this. Don't trust Holidaybreakz!

I would give them a zero stars if it was a possibility. They called me after I gave their website all of my personal information stating that the flight was not available anymore for the price I agreed to. This is dishonest, so I rebooked on a different website.

Do not use

Do not use. I book a fly at a very low rate. The next day they call telling me that one of the flight isn't available. They only offer me a very expensive upgrade (more than double the initial cost), to keep only the available fly for more than the initial cost or cancel and lose everything. After way to much time arguing on the phone, i canceled my card. Two day later i reveived an email confirming that they cancel my order and will no be charging me money. Now, i am affraid that my personnal information were compromise. I did after all give them my name, date of bith, adresse. Do not make the same mistake as i did.

Do not use this business

Do not use this business! After paying online for five tickets, Holidaybreakz called to tell me that three of my tickets have changed prices and I need to pay more. I said they need to honor my transaction or refund me everything and they refused. We argued for 55 minutes to no avail. This company is a SCAM.

Bait and switch pricing with no…

Bait and switch pricing with no restitution. Disrespectful $20 voucher offered for charging 550 for a flight that Holidaybreakz listed at 299. They will not confirm your flight, they will attempt to lie about the airline having an issue.

This website is a huge scam

This website is a huge scam. They put low prices so they attract people then they pretend that your booking went through but in hold. Then you get punish of calls from these scammers convincing you that there was a shortage in the tickets offering you other trips with way higher prices. If you tried to ask them to cancel your flight and give you the money back, they will find any way to say now. I did fall for them the first time couple years ago, when I received my receipts I got the scam. They book you again another flight on any airline website with the details you give them and they charge you twice; the fair price from the airline and 200$+ from their scam website. The only way I got all my amount without doing nothing, is to ignore their scam phone calls start with 800 and if you mistakenly picked the phone, you will find an Indian accent guy start with sir or madam so just hung up. After two or three days they cancelled and they never charged anything if you don’t fall for their games.

Don’t travel with this agent

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a travel agent. They advertise cheap prices to attract customers, let you complete the booking, and only after that they call you to say the booking is not confirmed unless you pay extra money.

When I refused to pay more and asked to cancel, they said no refund is possible. That makes absolutely no sense. If the booking was “not confirmed,” why is the money suddenly non-refundable?

What’s even more frustrating is that they offered to use the same amount I paid to book a hotel instead, but when it came to the flight, they suddenly increased the price. If they can use my money for a hotel, then clearly they can refund it — they just choose not to.

This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic:
• Lure customers with low prices
• Ask for more money after booking
• Refuse refunds
• Trap customers by holding their money

Very unprofessional, misleading, and stressful. I strongly warn anyone considering this company to stay away unless you want to risk losing your money

100% Scam

100% Scam – Stay Away

I went through the reservation process and was later contacted by phone. I was told that my booking was “not confirmed due to the airline” and that I had to pay a price difference to confirm the tickets. The new price was much higher than the original fare. I was also pressured that if I didn’t pay, I would lose my booking.

They then offered a so-called “discount” as if that fixed anything. The additional amount they wanted was almost $1,000.

To verify whether this was a scam, I intentionally provided incorrect personal and credit card information. The transaction attempt still went through their process, confirming they were not legitimate.

All calls were from agents with Indian accents, using high-pressure tactics and fake urgency.

This is a bait-and-switch operation. Avoid this company completely.

This company is 100% a scam

This company is 100% a scam. The prices you see on their website are not real—their only goal is to lure you in and get your banking details to steal your money. You will never receive your flight ticket. If you call them to ask why you didn’t get the ticket, they will tell you the price has changed and demand you pay double, or you lose your money. Stay away from them and protect your mone

Scam

Like recent others have said, it's a scam. You buy your ticket at a cheap price, get a confirmation, then get a call a day or two later and they trying to jack up the price or move your dates a few WEEKS. They also use the excuse "a problem with your credit card" which is BS also; they tried that on me so I called my credit card and they had not even received a request for payment. Shut this company down!

SCAM

This "business" booking my flight was charging me over $ 800 more than expected to pay and was demanding my ID and passport information. Spoke to several workers who appeared to be Indian, who spoke to me in such a rude, unsophisticated, and spiteful manner. Only one Hispanic worker actually tried to cooperate and help me. However, they will not cancel the booking transaction that hasn't been fully confirmed and are charging me more. With my card information, I have repeatedly tried to remove the payment before it happens, but they refused to comply with me. They were not willing to give my money back, but instead tried getting me to pay a drastic amount for wanting to cancel. Will definitely not be booking with them ever again. Hope this is Helpful!

Do NOT BOOK with Holidaybreakz...it's a scam

I booked a cheap flight for me and my son and was so excited...only to get an email a day later telling me that my booking was placed on "hold" and to call their customer service number. I called and was told I'd have to switch days or my flight would cost $790! It is a scam site. DO NOT USE.

Fraudulent practices

I purchased tickets roundtrip and immediately received an email stating that the purchase was IN PROGRESS and inviting me to call for immediate help with my reservation. Upon calling, I was told that the promotional pricing was no longer available and would need to pay four times that for travel on those dates due to the seats not being available on my return flight. I also paid extra for the cancellation coverage, but was told that would not be applicable to the promotional pricing. (So, why sell that coverage to me? Why not have a statement that the coverage was not available?) I also could not understand most of the words that the customer service people said due to very strong accents. I asked to speak with someone else and the same problem existed. They insisted that the return flight was now 4 times as much as I had agreed to pay and that my agreement was to purchase no matter what. I told them I would dispute the charge as the website did not clearly state that I was subject to any rate change the travel company made. In the end, they emailed me a cancellation confirmation and I was only hung up on twice. It was too good to be true, because it WAS too good to be true.

I would give it a 0 if you could

I would give it a 0 if I could. Received an email stating that my departure flight is confirmed but my return flight is "not available" they tried to get me to switch airlines, pay more or cancel without a refund. All of those people barely speak English and were very rude I was hung up on twice and transferred 3x after about an hour of arguing and informing them that it is against the law and being rude back and not letting them talk I finally received an email that it has been cancelled for no charge. Please don't book through them and if you do know your laws.
