probably they bought these bots to leave a good review, they are tottaly scammers they will trick you and say your returning trip is not confirmed and we need to charge you extra even though you bought cancellation protect they will just laugh at your face, usual suspects

Really bad they are thieves stole my money even though Spice jet cancelled my booking these people did not return my money horrible site absolute scam

Difficult because the price was change so my itinerary and the air line it was very difficult for me to paid more money cause Im flying in a budget trip also after I paid $200.00 more dollars my Itinerary was also change To a different airline. When I book it it shows that my book was successful and even thought I paid for travelers insurance and lock price for me it was a bad experience.

Don't even think to buy anything from Holiday breakz. ITS A TOTAL SCAM. I just reseverd for 4 personnes and truns out, the agent called me to tell me that the price is double and I will lose my money because they can't cancel. PLEASE don't buy anything from this website. TOTAL SCAM.

Don’t trust this company at all. HolidayBreakz is absolutely shady. I booked a round-trip flight, paid the full price, and they emailed me saying my ticket was “on hold.” The next morning they called and told me only the departure was confirmed and demanded an extra $500 for the return flight.And when I asked for cancellation and complete refund they denied it, After a long struggle and endless back-and-forth conversations, I finally managed to get my refund — but only because I kept pushing.

This is ridiculous and feels like a total scam. They advertise cheap prices just to trap you, then suddenly increase the cost after you’ve already paid. Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and stressful. Stay far away — this site is not reliable at all.

Chloe provides very friendly and professional customer service. Her tone is respectful, patient, and reassuring. She explains information clearly and makes sure the customer understands each step, which is a strong positive.

We booked a roundtrip ticket through holidaybreakz and got a call an hour later saying they confirmed our return flight but the departure flight is full now. They offered some alternatives but the times were terrible and they cost more money. We asked why we have to pay more - we already booked a ticket and that flight filled up so it's their responsibility to get us on another flight. So we just said "forget about it, just refund our money" but they wouldn't because one of the flights was already confirmed.

I argued with them for a long time and they did not listen to anything I said. They kept offering different flights at increased prices.

I hung up and they keep calling me to talk about it. One interesting thing - they never email about issues, they will call and call and call until you pick up.

I Then threatened them to denounce them and give them formal notice. They finally sent an email saying my booking was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. I'm not sure if what they're doing is illegal but it's terrible business practice at the very least.

In summary:

DO NOT BOOK TICKETS THROUGH HOLIDAYBREAKZ

They said it’s partially confirmed
They were trying to trick me all the time
They charge more than others
And he said don’t put words in my mouth
When I was repeating what he said

This is a total SCAM. Do Not Book with them. My experience was exactly the same as others reported: 1) You book a flight and receive a “booking acknowledgment” email with the correct charges. 2) You then get an email indicating that the seat in the cabin that you selected for the return flight was no longer available but they can get you a seat in the next cabin level for an INSANELY higher rate. 3). I said i would cancel the disputed segment but that costs an additional $89.00! 4). They said the airlines made the change. 5). Not true. Seats were still available on the airline website. 6). JUST DON’T USE THIS THIRD PARTY.

After booking the tickets, customer service called to inform me that the cheaper tickets were unavailable and I had to change to a more expensive ticket. They said they wouldn't refund the money if I didn't change them.
