I booked online and didn’t receive my e-ticket. When I called for help I was told only my departure flight was confirmed and my return flight was not. It’s being “held by the airline”.

I was offered a different day. 5 days before my return flight. This day had a “great price”…. I asked how much the difference is and she said another $424.

I said I want a refund and she said no. I said I’ll contact my bank and tell them this is fraud. She said she’ll tell them it isn’t.

Thai website is a scam and when you purchase a round trip ticket they try to make you pay for your return flight, even though it’s assumed when you book you’ve paid for your entire ROUND TRIP TICKET.

You can search this company on Reddit as well and there are countless others who’ve had the same experience with this company.

I had to cancel my card to avoid the charge.

Update: I was then called back and told to “just keep” the departing flight and find myself a new one home through someone else. Mind blown.

This is a bait and switch website. You advertise a price that beats the airlines and then come back the next day with a story about how the airline will not confirm your “promotional rate”. But there is no obvious notice to the customer upon initial booking that the price you are offering might not be honored until after the booking is complete. Then your representative declares that the transaction cannot be canceled due to the promotional nature of the booking. All this is designed to lock your customer into a higher fare for a different itinerary. I will be exploring your practices with an attorney or with Arizona’s Attorney General.

Communication was difficult at times because of accents however everyone was patient and tried very hard to overcome this

Everything went wrong. I planned a trip and it was confirmed. Then a colleague called and said the return flight was not available. For hundreds of dollars more he would get me on another flight. He said since I didn’t take a cancellation option when booking, that I could not be refunded - I was stuck with him. A 5 minute transfer to another unintelligible colleague was about half an hour long and I am paying nearly $200 more without a seat or luggage option (just a carryon) for a very early return trip the next day. Today yet another person who barely speaks English called me and yelled at me. I have no idea what the purpose of her call was.

Scam alert. Check Google reviews (1 Star). There are many other options, go elsewhere, save your money. Its too late for me. I thought I purchased 2 tickets for $926 instead they said one of the tickets is now $500 more after I already booked. I asked for refund, they refused. RUNNNNNN

Buyer beware. This website tells you the price, then when they confirm one leg is not available, it ends up costing you the same as both legs. Don't bother with cancellation -- you have to be dead to cancel.

this company is a scam because the price was the same for the tickets, I bought them, and the next day they sent me a message saying that my purchase was on hold and they would call me. When I called them and asked what was going on, they told me that the price of my reservation had increased and I had to pay extra. So don't be fooled by their prices, they are scammers.

I even don’t want to give one star. I booked the ticket with cancellation feesand next day i got email my reservation on hold. I called them and they changed my reservation with extra $200. After 5 hour i called them to cancel my ticket the guy with name CLARK making excuses to cancel the ticket
- your promotion ticket I can’t
- its only for business class
- its for medical emergency
- take 7 days to aprrove medical note

At the end after 1 hour conversation he said manager will call you after one hour but he just wasted my time
But nobody shows and i called again and then someone pick the call said now 24 hours up you can’t then he also make excuses i can’t cancel ticked i asked him to send the policies of cancellation on my email he said I can’t and the guy before i talked he senting text on my personal number.

They just manipulate the people to book the ticket and after that charge extra. It was very bad experience i never had.

Stay away this website its showing different price when you book it through online and your ticket will go in the hold.
Next day will tell you fare prices go up now you have to pay more and till then you already gave your card information through website no choice like me. Try to trap you saying if you dnt get the higher price ticket they will still charge you. And then booked through the official airline site and which you could book too and these guys charge you extra 100 bucks i have screen shots.

And also they charge through 2 different payments 1 direct through airline 1 through friendstravel.

If I could give them zero reviews, I would they are crooks, thieves, liars, and scammers everything they said to me about my trip was manipulation. When I first saw a low price for my trip, I booked with them two hours later they tell me on the phone that I have to fly standby. I am 75 years old. I am too old to fly standby they also told me that I could bring on baggage at no charge. I can’t even bring my baggage on to the WestJet flight because they booked me an ultra cheapo flight which I didn’t want. I wanted to be able to put my bags on with Me. I have a choice to check my bags, but that cost me more money and I don’t trust any airlines not to lose my luggage as that happens before to me so consumer beware do not use this company or any others for that matter. They’re probably all crooks. I don’t know. I’m not that versed in this area. I am retired now so I’m just starting so my advice was to get on the Search engines. Find the cheapest flight and book it with the airline. These third-party travel agents are all crooks especially this one stay away save yourself money and a headache.

I BOOK A FLIGHT ON THE INTERNET AT A SPECIFIC PRICE BUT I COULD NOT GET A CONFIRMATION OF IT. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MY RESERVATION WAS ON HOLD AND THAT I HAD TO CALL IN WHICH I DID TO BE TOLD THAT THE RETURN FLIGHT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PRICE I BOOK IT TO. I ASKED THE GIRL TO CANCEL THE WHOLE THING TO BE TOLD THAT SHE COULD NOT CANCEL THE FLIGHT TO GO DOWN BUT SHE COULD CANCEL THE RETURN FLIGHT BUT IT WOULD BE COSTY. IT FINALLY COST ME MORE THAN 400$ TO GET WHAT I WANTED. IT IS A RIPP OFF. DON'T TRUST THEM.
