I feel completely safe and can be…

I feel completely safe and can be secure when I say no to all additional insurances the rental company wants to sell. It's a swedish speaking company which is good for me, easy to have email contact with.

Easy to book

Easy to book, nice and clean car. The only negative was the waiting time to get the car in Florence, it took over one hour . Return was easy and fast.

Peace of mind!

The process was incredibly smooth from start to finish, and they really make it easy to rent a car without any hassle. Their website is straightforward, and picking up the car was fast and efficient, which gave me peace of mind. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.

The best car rent service on Sardinia

Everything worked perfect! Easy to book online, fast pickup and delivery of the car, and a nice and clean car.
Furthermore, the price was really good. Half of the price compared with the other car rent companies on Sardinia. If I will travel again to Sardinia I would rent from Holiday Rent again :)

Best value and experience

Good value.
Quick and easy access to customer service if needed.
Total insurance easier and better than most other companies. We had a flat tyre and no issues at all after.
Will use this company again.

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM! We booked a rental car in Mexico. When we got there, we needed to pay an additional 1500 USD in insurance, even though our booking includes full coverage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

There was no opportunity to cancel without losing all the money we had already paid. The company argued that we needed to buy the extra insurance because we didn’t have a credit card. But because we had prepaid everything in advance, this makes no sense. I have rented cars many times before, but never been scammed like this! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It's important to note that presenting a credit card is mandatory for all car rentals worldwide, as stated in our documentation and during the booking process. This requirement ensures a security deposit can be held, which is standard practice in the industry and required by international regulations.

Despite this, we did our best to assist you at the time. It's also worth mentioning that you chose to proceed with the rental even though you had the opportunity to cancel.

Very reliable - gives peace of mind when renting cars

I have been using Holiday Drive for a number of years and is always turning to them when I need to rent a car. Before using Holiday Drive I would sometimes turn to a local rental service in my destination country, but I experienced that each rental company might have their own rules and add-ons needed, which made the whole process uncertain.
The main reasons for using Holiday Drive is the good service and the peace of mind I get by renting though them.
