I had a good with Eurowings Holiday. The trip was an all-expenses paid Holiday i received through BITCI STACK ASSET, and overall everything went smoothly.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Eurowings Holidays. I have been travelling extensively for several decades and can honestly say that I have never come up against such a badly-organised, impolite provider. We were sold a pack of flight plus hotel in Egypt. When we arrived at the airport on the outward-bound trip we discovered that the hotel we had been allocated was 1,000 km from the airport we were assigned. We called the company and were given no constructive help at all - just a young lady who didn't seem to be aware of the products she was selling who suggested we take a taxi - 10 hours through the dessert. I can only imagine that she had no idea of the location of the hotel or the airport in question. Please take my advice and be very very careful with this company. They don't even answer you when you take the trouble to contact them before writing a negative review. Go anywhere else if you want a trouble-free holiday.

I did not receive confirmation of my booking and waited for 2 days. Luckily I have Ela picked up my booking and she found the issues and quickly helped me to correct it. Very helpful and I am very satisfied.
I must say purely the booking system I would only give 4 stars but because of Ela it makes up to 5 stars.
I went to Kosovo for a business trip. Once arrived there we were informed that the lost the luggage of the whole plan. Until today I haven’t received my luggage.
And they are offering me 90€. They asked me for replacement invoice and I provided it and they still refused to reimbuse.
So I dont have my luggage and neither a compensation

Dear customer, we would like to examine your complaint more closely. Please give us more details. Or is this a flight ONLY complaint? Please contact the airline directly as we as Eurowings Holidays only offer package holidays
Unable to solve problems during holiday and after the holiday we made a formal complaint.
Within the 8 weeks no results and after writing when of where the answer will come it stays silent!
So to fly, its okay but not in combination with an hotel its a no go
31-08-23 Eurowings Holidays replied, we sent the information by email and its silent again!
In the meantime we have enjoyed our summer holiday through an other company and our October holiday is coming soon. I think they will not be able to react in short notice.
