Amazing price and great staff!

Marcos and the all company were very attentive and professional. It was very easy to access the property in Malaga city centre and it was an amazing price for the place we had!

Dishonest

I could not access the apartment in Benelmadena
The keybox did not work
I returned home the same day without access
They now say they will only charge me for 2 days instead of the 7 booked
You cannot charge for something not supplied
I wish I had read Trust Pilot before booking
I am owed 860 euro
I am a pensioner
I await their refund if they are such an honest company.
Update: They now say they are keeping 100% of my money as I cannot prove I was there (?) Apparently suggesting you have to prove you arrive? Thats a new one lol.
24th April Update: Damage deposit refunded (150 euros) which they cant avoid as it is the law. Hard to damage a property you have never entered.
No mention of the other 700e
I now see the reply below. What was the delay?
Maybe because I complained to the council?
There is no photo of keys.
The photo is of the key box as you are well aware. It did not open asyou are also well aware.
The help offered was no use.I could not openthe box. What help?

All our Staff send us a picture with the keys in the box, that's why, we are 100% sure that the keys were in the correct box. Our stay was good

Our stay was good, the flat was clean and good quality for a price. They responded quickly and solved the problem we had (broken toaster). Flat had all basics you need for a stay, like kitchen appliances, aircon, hairdryer etc. All was as pictures inside, no nasty surprised. Adriana was helping us and did a great job. Don't get put off by bad reviews just because people expect 5 star treatment for cheap accomodation and don't understand the culture. Accomodation was good, fair price and exactly as advertised.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The rental company Holidays2malaga doesn't cooperate with the renting people at all. There is no willingness to help or compromise. We didn't have a credit card to pay the €150 deposit, we offered a debit card or cash - no one was interested in this fact and they stubbornly wanted a credit card for unknown reasons. They took the money for the reservation and did not want to return it or find a solution for paying the deposit. The lady I wrote to - Daga, extremely arrogant and rude - only said that either we pay by credit card or they will not let us into the apartment and stopped replying to messages. When asked to contact the supervisor, she said that he is unavailable and we should write on e-mail for all renting (the day before the start of the rental). Finally, booking.com helped with canceling the reservation and refunding the money, but I warn you because it is impossible to come to an agreement with this company.

To avoid.
Will overcharge you if you need to modify your reservation when travel plans change. They make it very timeconsuming trying to contact their management in charge, which chooses to remain anonymous, - first company I have delt with not telling openly the name of their CEO.Bubu apartments is under H2M. For marketing they use other company's brand name ( Nono Charming Stay vs. Bubu Charming Stay, written on the builging wall ) and their rereceptionist claimed they are the same company.Well, they are not. They also ignore your complaints simply not caring. A typical travel business company exploting tourists as much as they can. Would not trust their 9 to 10 reviews are for real.

Warning do not book with this company

Warning! Don't use this company They are dishonest and totally misrepresent their properties. I feel as though i have been scammed. Firstly it's a nightmare trying to even get into apartment as the details they promise on they day does not materialise. Some one has to let you in eventually after 40 minutes it was sorted out. I booked in the summer month of july specifically with AC knowing i have a young family and need it for the summer hot season. When arrived there was just fans and the AC unit broken. Now who has fans when you have AC? They kept saying an engineer will fix but kept changing the story to the owner needs to approve the fix. I can only describe them as lying scoundrels. Finally there is no parking at the apartment, so having to park away, please be very careful. I did not do my research on trip advisor on this company and should have done before booking.
THE APARTMENT is Okay. Had to buy own bleach to wash away the smelly shower. If you have booked I would urge you to cancel and rebook elsewhere. Our holiday has been ruined but I don't want this to happen to others.

Warning Stay away from this company

Warning! Don't use this company They are dishonest and totally misrepresent their properties. Please see below
They said it included parking but it didn't . After paying 60 Euro for parking we got to the lot but the numbered space was not there. Then we were trapped in the lot and couldn't get out. Finally someone came with another key, but they didn't know what were doing,
Then wee couldn't get the key to the apartment without help
THE WORST WAS THE APARTMENT WHICH WAS DIRTY, DARK AND SMELLED. We didn't stay 5 minutes. Their pictures show a bright sunny apartment with a pool (lol) We feared for our lives in that location. I am now in the process or pursuing action against so no one else has to endure what we endured

Avoid Awful

Please DO NOT book a holiday with Holidays2Malaga, poor and wrong communication about key access, after 24hrs of travel we had a further hour delay in soaring temperatures to get the key, not even a bottle of water on arrival, the flat is situated on a dirty and a ‘war torn’ street, defective walls, floors, cockroaches, blood stained dining seat pads, stained bedding, construction works for two days 9am till 8.30pm, staff rude, unhelpful and not even been to the apartment, very poor communication and we will now be proceeding with legal action, awful.

A reply two years later addressed to Jim?! Who is Jim? Says it all!

Pleasant and efficient staff

Pleasant and efficient staff. A nice clean apartment in the centre of town. Well equipped kitchen and a lovely strong, warm shower. A comfortable bed.
Would definitely recommend.
