Terrible facility, they do not feed their residents. If fed children's portion, it is usually stale and cold. My father has been in Holiday-Village Gates for 18 months. There is constant turnover in staff. My recommendation for others looking to place their Mom or Dad. is to find another facility. Rents continue to rise, service continues to deteriorate!
Lorie - is fantastic and will go out of her way to make you or your loved one feel at home. She’s a gem, and if you are looking in the north area- Kingwood has the perfect environment for you. The chef and her cooking is similar to the cooking one would experience on a cruise ship. The events and activities are entertaining to get everyone to participate. The location is in a beautiful place just north of Houston in the Kingwood area. There are walking and bike trails, shopping, and many eateries. My new location is a definite as well for your loved one. See for yourself and go see Lorie!
