This company managed and cleaned our cottage for a while. Initial communication was friendly and helpful but they stopped paying us for the bookings they took for us and they stopped communicating with us when we asked questions. We also discovered guests in our cottage who had been booked in without our knowledge and guests booked in at below market rates that had not been agreed with us.
We took them to small claims court and were awarded a CCJ against them. Unfortunately, they have also chosen to ignore the CCJ which remains unpaid!
We have since discovered that we are far from the only cottage owners this has happened to and ours is not the only CCJ that remains unpaid!
Avoid dealing with this company at all costs!

We used this company to manage our holiday cottage for us. They are a charming and friendly couple but they fell behind with payments and almost lost us our property. It was a stressful time and eventually we walked away quite severely out of pocket. They promised to pay us but they never have done.
We understand they provide a good experience for paying guests but the same cannot be said for the cottages they manage.
