We got on the coach I sat in the seat behind the driver couldn't move my legs as was something under the seat couldn't move as driver was very aggressive if anyone stood I have been in agony since as I twisted my knee trying to sit comfortable been two weeks Monday still in agony now

absolute shite. paid for ride that never arrived. had to pay for a very expensive taxi ride to the airport. they would only refund the original ticket price and not the cost of the taxi. they even state their provider got confused about the dates so didn’t turn up but won’t provide compensation. what a joke do not use ever

This company is a joke! Airport bus took 2 hours to arrive, when it did there was 30/40 people waiting on it, they sent a 10 seater mini bus, the rest of us had to wait another 30 mins on an actual bus. When we were going home the bus didn't show up, gave them half an hour, phoned and the lady hung up on me. A rep from another company heard me, he phoned them was told they couldn't get a driver to come for us & it would be another 30 mins. They couldn't get a driver so they had to send a local taxi to take us to the airport. Don't waste your time with this company.

The Booking Form is easy to use, the drivers are professional, friendly and polite, very reliable service, vehicles are very clean and comfortable, telephone service offers language in Spanish or English, very reliable and good value for money. Great service.

I used this company for Barcelona trip. Arrival was a shambles. Instead of being in the terminal with a sign showing my name as advised they sent a WhatsApp telling me to go to the other terminal (which I didn't see as phone still in flight mode). Return taxi didn't arrive. When I rang HT they said the taxi company weren't answering phone, they had messaged and gave me phone number to ring them! Taxi finally arrived 30 minutes late after numerous calls and messages by which time rush hour in full swing and motorway to airport gridlocked. Very stressful journey. I booked this in advance for peace off mind. Never again.

Had a confirmation email to say we'd be picked up at our hotel in Maderia at 4pm, called the emergency contact number twice, at 4.20pm & 4.55pm, told they were on their way (no apology for being late) never arrived so after waiting for an hour we had to take a taxi to the airport. I have emailed customer services advising I want to reimbursed as well as refunded so we'll see. NOT A COMPANY TO USE. The transfers were arranged for us but will not be using again & from looking at the reviews we shouldn't be surprised.

The lady that picked up 7 of us was lovely. She did a great job. I have only rated 4 stars as she was 5 minutes late otherwise it would have been a 5 star. I will definitely use them again

Taxi didn’t arrive, rang taxi company who said they didn’t have a booking tried to ring holiday taxis but it was out of hours. Ended up having to get airport taxi after waiting around for ages

My young son was meeting up with friends in Barcelona and was flying alone for the first time. This was a brave step as he had lost his father a couple of months earlier. I helped him book his flight and through Easyjet we selected the transfer to his hotel. His flight arrived in Barcelona in the late evening to an almost empty airport. He established that the transfer has gone without him and so had to then pay for a taxi into the City. I was naturally worried. On his return he chose to get a taxi with his friends rather than go through the same rigmarole again. From2 travel was the agency that booked the holidaytaxis transfer. My review was removed from google.

My transfer from hotel to airport in Cyprus did not arrive on time, had to call for a taxi. I purchased it on Travel Republic but the main supplier is HOLIDAYTAXIS.COM. They hand over this job to other contractors. When intermediaries chain breaks you may loose your flight and after several calls they will say: "we are so sorry, bla bla...".
Be careful, be ready for surprice, better use a bus or hotel transfer.

Excellent service especially the pickup back to the airport. Very pleasant lady, good safe driver and on time :)

Absolutely horrendous company. They don't book your transfers and send you fake and useless vouchers. They take no responsibility at all even when you have proof from the supplier used that they made no booking at all.
Cost me nearly £500.00 in local taxis.
Absolutely useless use Airport City Taxi instead.
Terrible company. They will let you down!!!

Didnt pick us up in las palmas gran canaria- said we were no shows - are holiday taxis actually bothered?
They appear to have a poor attitude. The regular taxi our hotel got for us in an emergency to get us to the airport, was only marginally more expensive by about 10 euro, was fast, driver polite and we didnt have to experience 6 people jammed into a stinky old mini cab doing a resort tour..........never again holiday taxis never again!

Dont Ever use Them

Have always used Holiday Taxis but after this year, never again! On arrival, no problem, driver waiting for us and dropped us off at Barcelo, Playa Blanca. On departure to get back to airport we were at Reception 15 minutes before due to be picked up. After calling the number on our receipt twice, first time he’s been delayed and second time, he’s been and you weren’t there - LIES as my husband was standing outside all the time watching! We then had to get a taxi (at our expense) which cost us an extra 52 euros + tip as he was so lovely and apologised for Holiday Taxis doing this to us.
They had my mobile number - why not call me and say they had arrived ????? BE VERY WARY OF USING - I will never use again!

Horrible experience
They didn't turn up to get us so we had to spend extra $78 for taxi to get to the hotel and return.
I will never choose this company again.

Myself and my wife travelled from Gatwick airport with British Airways to Cancun airport and booked transfers to playa del carmen with Holiday Taxis via the British Airways website.
We were both left stranded at the airport as our transfer had left without myself and my wife. We were delayed getting through customs but we were still outside expecting our transfer to be there within the hour of landing. We had no cellular phone signal as we always use the hotel’s Wi-Fi once we get there. We were hassled by overpriced taxi scouts, but were left with no other option other than pay for an overpriced transfer of $160 for the one-way trip. To add insult to injury my wife's phone and debit card was stollen and by the time we realised it was missing, they had taken £500 in purchases from our bank.

After getting to the hotel and contacting Holiday taxis to confirm that they would be collecting us for the return journey, and offering no apology for no show at the airport and after the return journey was confirmed the driver tuned up 5mins early to say that there was going to be delays due to traffic, the delays he was show me on his phone and were for at least one hour, and we arrived at the airport one hour and 20min late, fully stressed and worried we might miss our flight. If these delays were foreseen why wasn’t the driver instructed to pick us up earlier?
We contacted Holiday taxis who replied:
As this booking was made through British Airways you will need to contact them to open your complaint/claim refund.
Total Nightmare....

Appalling, reader please do not use. I am a 75 year old single woman who was dropped off at the wrong hotel around midnight in Spain. The taxi driver insisted that this was the drop off point. I had no idea where I was but I definitely knew it was not my designated hotel. The taxi driver became agitated and angry but finally after a few phone calls he did take me to the right hotel. What other company would do this?

Used Holiday Taxis for pickup from Tenerife South Airport.
Instructions to report to Office 36 which doesn't exist???
Was redirected to Airport staff to office No 2.
Was told to pick up shuttle coach at Stance No63.
Arrived at Stance 63. Zilch, no buses.
Eventually someone from Canaria Shuttles approached and asked if we had been directed to Stance 63. We affirmed we had. She then said she would organise a coach.
This is all happening after the event( where we confirmed flight times and destinations.
After about 10 minutes waiting a minibus arrived.
We got on and sat for 45 minutes without explanation. I asked when we would be leaving and was told 15 minutes. No other information or updates given.
Eventually we left with no one else joining us.
The service offered was pathetic with no explanation re missing coach or reason for delay.
At worst I expected 30 mins delay as it was a shared shuttle. But the experience will prevent me using them again.

DO NOT USE
Got a email at 5:30am in the morning pick up was 7:10am saying we would have to walk 10 mins away with all our bags to get picked up from another hotel
They dropped us off out side our hotel but on pick up the expected us to walk 10 mins to new pick up point in the opposite direction of airport when airport was only 10 mins away
