Horrible company! Cheep quality and they won’t respond or refund $!

SCAM!!!! I bought 3 rompers. 1 never made it. I emailed and emailed and emailed and NOTHING. Paid over $90 for them. The other ones we’re cheap material and didn’t fit like I wanted and took 2 months to get to me…
I wanted a refund on all my items and still nothing not even the one I NEVER GOT!!! They stole my money!!!!!

My order took about a month, which I understood at first due to Covid and location. I also had to reach out to them twice regarding my order information as I never received a confirmation email. When it arrived, it was VERY poor quality and completely see-through (not great for a white jumpsuit-also not advertised on the product). I understand that not everything will fit the way you want it, but this jumpsuit wasn't even worth getting altered as the fabric was incredibly cheap and itchy. I inquired about a refund/return, but never heard back. This was over a week ago.

I wish I would have read reviews before donating my money to this scam company...

Merchandise was awful! cheap material, not at all what it looked like on facebook. No tag on the merchandise as to material, what company etc. Won't even try to return it based on all the negative comments about trying to learn. Spread the word. Terrible made in China!

I suspect Holidress is the same company that is named Olidress. I ordered a jacket from them after seeing their ad on facebook. The jacket is a piece of crap - doesn't resemble their advertised piece one iota. The item has to be returned to China and would have cost $27 of the $36 I might get back. Gave up on it. Lesson learned. I was making comments on their facebook page warning all the prospective buyers and they removed them and have blocked me. AWFUL CHEATS!

I wanted to give 0 stars, but you have to put a star to make a review. I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing, same story as all of these reviews. Clothes were nothing like the pic, bad quality and paid a decent amount of money $36 for each dress. When I tried to email them to return, they did not give me address and offered $3 for each dress.

When I emailed again that I need the address they did not respond. This company should shut down. Total scam where can we report them.

Clothing was nothing like what the website depicted. Paid $100 for 3 dresses and they wanted to negotiate a $10 credit or have us ship items back to China and get a refund when they received items. Now they won’t answer any of my emails.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Purchased two dresses from this website. Luckily one dress my daughter liked and it fit well. The other I wanted to return. Sent two emails before I got a response. Was told that the freight cost of a return would be too high and I should “negotiate” for a partial refund. Sent third email responding to them and guess what? The email no longer exists. This company is in Shanghai but shows their clothes on models of Caucasian ethnicity. LET THE BUYER BEWARE.

This website is nothing but a scam. Do not order from them! The clothing looks nothing like the photos, quality is absolute garbage, sizing is completely wack and customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced! Tried to request a refund as per the website’s policy and they repeatedly insisted on offering a “partial refund” at a rate of $3 USD per item lol. They were rude and sarcastic, and repeatedly skirted around providing the actual return address for the items by sending me copy and pasted instructions on how to start a return by contacting customer service despite the fact that they were customer service. An absolute joke!

This site is a scam, they lie, they dance around refunds before refusing, they aren't honest to their shipping times, they don't allow you to cancel an order even if it's within 10 minutes of initial purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Purchased a few dresses. They were all so horrible. Fabric was cheap, clothing defective and not wearable. Buttons came missing and other dresses was mismatched the height of buttons so didn’t close properly. All Not wearable. I spent $200 they would only give me $30 back!!! At first offered me $5 can’t return because it’s in China would cost more than cheap horrible clothing. Never ever buy!!

Absolutely horrible experience all-around. I placed my order and then read reviews so IMMEDIATELY contacted someone at Holidress to cancel my order which they refused to do. When the items arrived, they were extremely different from what I’d tried to order (short dress = full-length jumpsuit, for example). Materials were all garbage. Holidress offered me a “partial refund” to keep the items instead of returning ($10 on a $100 order) then took days to finally give me directions for how to return the items, which would involve my paying for postage and parcel tracking. Ultimately I just tossed the items as I have no faith in this joke of a business to give me a refund. What a waste of energy, money, and resources!

The product doesn’t look anything like the pictures, and then it cost more to return the product than what you paid. It’s not worth the risk.

This company is fake. I never received my items. The international phone # is no longer in service and the email responses to each of my 9 emails was generic. The tracking information was false so I had to file a claim with the shipping company and eventually dispute charge with PayPal. 2 months later no items and still waiting on refund. Do not order! This company is fake

I searched the entire website to make sure I was not buying from a Chinese company, they claimed to be based and shipping from "Hollister CA". But as soon as I placed my order Chinese letters popped up and I emailed them asking for a cancellation immediately, and even after emailing them multiple times asking for to cancel my order they finally messaged me back ignoring my request. Terrible customer service and false advertisement. The only thing guaranteed is frustration and disappointment.

Buyer Beware. I received the dress purchased online. it's GARBAGE - looks nothing like the photos on the website. The fabric is rough, almost like a table runner and the dress is completely see through. I ordered a small, because I am 5'1" and typically wear a small - I could fit my entire family inside of this dress. Do NOT waste your money. I emailed them to initiate a return. They do not ensure customer satisfaction, it's a circus trying to get a lucid response from their customer service. Basically, because the company is located in China and I am in the USA, it would cost about as much to ship the dress back as I paid for it. AND..reading the reviews on their site is comical. Definitely people associated with the company, or who have been paid. There is NO WAY this company is getting 5 star reviews on the garbage they sell. As I stated, BUYER BEWARE!

Illegally take your money. Won't provide a return address. I don't know how they are continuing to operate in the United States. I am notifying the Attorney General and Consumer Affairs. My granddaughter is out 100.00 Shameful

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Their quality is awful! I asked to refund my purchase before it was sent and they responded back to me but said the order is confirmed the proceeded to ship out days later. They have no bothered to reply to all my following emails. Such a waste of money. All their reviews on their site are fake.

Horrible service. I received my dress order on Saturday which was a thin poor quality material and when I attempted to return, I get no answer. Do not buy from these people

Terrible customer service. Very slow delivery. The dresses looked nothing like the product shown, the color and style of the dress were completely different and very cheap quality. Do not buy from them. Hopefully will get my money back. Update I will not be getting my money back after dozens of emails and either no answer at all or not the information I was asking for, just how to return. Please do not buy from this company.
