Do not rent with them Only chatbots available in case of emergency. House was in no state to be rented out, had not been cleaned recently (sand and hairs in all the beds) but also not generally in ages. Crusty dirt everywhere, smelled horrible. Was a nice house once but is now falsely marketed as a villa while it's totally run down and disgusting.

Terrible experience. We stayed in ‘Luxury apartment Bahia de Marbella’ in Las Chapas. This was advertised through Holidu and therefore we assumed we booked it with them. However, when we encountered a problem on arrival, it very quickly transpired that our contractual agreement was actually with a company called Rincon Rent. The apartment was filthy. Not cleaned from previous occupants. Hairs in cutlery, beds, showers. Used cotton pads on the floor. Dirty hand prints on walls, damaged artwork, ripped curtains, a raging ant infestation, an infestation of biting bugs in all the beds, unclean bed linen, filthy and unsanitary mattress protectors. We were covered in blisters from bites after just 1 night in the beds. The door didn’t lock. The pool was right next to a motorway with loud traffic noise and visible motorway signs. No amenities within walking distance (despite it stating there were). We vacated after 24hrs as our holiday was ruined and I spent the next 13 days locked in email battle between Holidu and Rincon Rent to get just a partial refund. I lost £600 through misrepresentation of the accommodation. Holidu did apologise but they couldn’t do anything else as I had my contract with Rincon Rent. I wish I could upload photos to show evidence of just how awful it was.
I booked a property in France through Holidu, the pictures of the property looked great, but when we arrived it was totally different, to get to the property we had to walk up an alleyway that was never mentioned in the property description. The property had a terrible odor, it really wasn't nice. We went into the shower room and you would not believe the mess, the toilet was BROWN it hadn't been cleaned in months, OMG it was awful, the shower area was horrible, the grouting was black, the silicone was black, I wouldn't have showered in it. I contacted the point of contact and told her, she came to the property and agreed with the condition. She turned out to be the housemaid, she said she could clean it again if I wanted. I told her that I couldn't stay in a house like this. She then called her manager and explained the situation and sent him pictures. He spoke to me and said I should contact Hoildu direct and inform them that the property was not as advertised and totally unacceptable, we booked into a hotel that afternoon at our cost. Holidu asked for a copy of the hotel invoice, nothing else was offered to help. I sent several emails explaining everything but I didn't have any pictures of proof of how bad it was, so they couldn't do anything, they told me they will contact the owner and he wouldn't give us a refund or an offer of any kind. Holidu then offered me 10% refund as an act of good will. Which was totally unacceptable. I informed them that I was considering taking legal action against Holidu and the owner and that I required the owners full contact details so my solicitor can communicate with him. Holidu would only give me a concierge email and phone number. This would not be acceptable. I requested this several times, but that was all they would give me. Holidu kept informing me that they are just a booking service, I have a contract with Holidu. I will be taking legal action against Holidu. Please, please don't use Holidu, I won't.

Holidu deals with apartment's owners who cancel reservations made months before less than 12 hours prior arrival. No answers. No apologies. No money compensation. Bad manners with the owners. And the worst thing of all: ou are trapped because they are an intermediate who deals with Booking!. If you are at edge to book anything with Holido. Think twice. There are no guarantees

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the villa Cora in Javea, Spain that had been marketed as a luxurious and comfortable retreat. However, I was utterly dismayed to find that the reality was a far cry from the images that had been used for its marketing. The blatant misrepresentation of this property left me with a deep sense of disappointment and frustration.
The first indicator of the disconnect between the marketing and reality was the state of the pool. Instead of the crystal-clear oasis depicted in the photos, the pool was marred by unsightly green slime clinging to its sides. It was not only uninviting, but it also raised concerns about the maintenance standards of the property as a whole.
Beyond the pool, the general condition of the villa was nothing short of appalling. The supposedly decorative railings surrounding the terraces were not only cracked but also posed a potential safety hazard. It was evident that these elements had not been cared for or maintained properly, adding an air of neglect to the property.
Broken tiles littered most of the terraces, further emphasizing the lack of upkeep. This not only compromised the visual appeal of the outdoor areas but also presented a safety risk for anyone navigating these spaces. It was clear that the property was suffering from a lack of attention and investment in its maintenance.
The external render of the villa was crumbling and flaking, mirroring the deteriorating state of the pool surround. The structural integrity of the property appeared to be compromised, leading me to question the safety of the entire establishment. This was a far cry from the sturdy and inviting facade that had been portrayed in the marketing materials.
In summary, my stay at the villa was a deeply disappointing experience. The images used for marketing created an illusion of luxury and comfort that was nowhere to be found on the property. From the pool's green slime to the cracked railings, broken tiles, and deteriorating external render, every aspect of the villa was marked by neglect and disrepair. The glaring gap between expectations and reality left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I would strongly advise potential visitors to approach this property with caution and to be wary of the stark contrast between its marketing and actual condition.

The first week of our holiday was therefore dominated by sorting the various problems via the Villa owner, cleaner, and caretaker. Our use of the pool was regularly interrupted by attempts to clear the murky water, which was never fully achieved. We had no hot or cold water for almost a full day during the first week, and were unable to receive U.K. television as we were told to expect.
The final and perhaps worst holiday spoiler is that the neither the current owner, nor the previous owner who had taken our original booking, are willing to return our 400 euro security deposit, and are blaming each other for this situation.
On a final note, the Villa was neither in as good condition, or as well equipped as we were lead to believe. This holiday, the most expensive we have ever embarked on, cost around 14,000 euro and although our party made the best of it, just wasn’t good enough.

Appalling and basically theft - after paying €300 deposit, €120 cleaning fee, €35 for internet (which was supposed to be included) and €60 for bedding ! All upfront to the owner (instructed by Novasol) we are now €335 out of pocket because the owner refuses to return our money.
The owner states the apartment wasn’t clean enough ! But we paid €120 upfront before we were allowed in for cleaning
The owner ‘made up damage’ which we have photos and videos to prove did not happen.
Despite all the evidence and proof - what have Novasol done ??

I hold Holidu equally responsible for this ongoing nightmare as they are the initial booking agent - avoid this company, avoid this apartment - they will take your money

We have paid for an apartment we can only use 50% of due to health and safety for our children and then had our deposit over €300 stolen from us !

We had a lovely stay. The host was very welcoming and the house was very well appointed. The outside space was perfect with a gas plancha and carbon BBQ and a very large table with plenty of chairs. The swimming pool looks new and modern and there was an area for sunbathing, with umbrellas if wanted. Also, there's a wonderful view from the swimming pool area.
Inside, the bedrooms were comfortable, and although there wasn't any air conditioning, were cool at night. The bathroom and showers were also very good.
Would definitely stay again!

In Holidu's response I read that during my stay I should have reported that the villa was not up to standard. That argument is not justified because I had sent an email to the landlord Costa Calpe during my stay. There has been no response.
