Really gratefull to Amalie from the Escalation team for reaching out to me directly about the cancelation of my subscription. They even went out their way as to give me a refund for it, I am trully gratefull since I have other matters that interefired with the communication. I am not often suprised by great service, beceause it usually isn't. However here I can see they really care about people personally. It's a rare quality of a brand or a company. Much appriciation. Thanks to Amalie.

The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly.

I had Kenny from customer support reach out to me to let me know that he was going to help me cancel my membership. Due to the fact that I really can’t afford to pay for this membership cause I just got laid off from my job after being with the company for over 25 years.

The site is a scam. The people and customer support are completely unhelpful and only care about keeping your money.

My bank account was hacked and my details used to make purchases on there site. Despite the fact I proved this they still refused to give me a refund and began ignoring my questions about other charges that were made that clearly were not the un refundable membership.

They were also downright condescending at times with there responses clearly not caring that I got robbed of my money. I also kept getting the feeling by there emails that they were not really interested in helping me as most times they only responded to the refund request completely ignoring the other questions I had in the email.
