Holistic Healing Association provides trauma-informed holistic healing and nervous system support for women experiencing the effects of childhood trauma, sexual trauma, abuse, shame, chronic stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation. Our work takes a compassionate, whole-person approach to emotional healing, recognizing the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. Led by Erin D’Arcy, a trauma-informed nervous system coach, embodied processing practitioner, and clinical hypnotist, Holistic Healing Association offers personalized support designed to help women reconnect with a sense of safety, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and self-trust. The philosophy is simple: you are not broken and you do not need to be “fixed.” Healing can happen when you are given the safety, understanding, compassion, and space to reconnect with yourself at your own pace. Our services include **somatic healing sessions, clinical hypnosis, emotional regulation coaching, and animal-assisted therapy**. Somatic sessions incorporate body-based approaches and draw from neuroscience, Somatic Experiencing, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices. These approaches can help clients better understand how past experiences may continue to influence emotional patterns, stress responses, relationships, and their sense of safety in the body. Clinical hypnosis provides a focused approach for working with subconscious patterns, while emotional regulation support helps clients develop greater awareness and capacity around their emotions. Animal-assisted therapy can incorporate the calming presence of a client's own dog or cat as part of their healing and nervous system regulation journey. Holistic Healing Association believes that **healing is not one-size-fits-all**. Every person's experiences and nervous system are unique, which is why sessions are designed to be gentle, individualized, and paced according to what feels supportive. All sessions are offered virtually, allowing clients to receive trauma-informed support from the comfort and privacy of their own home. Services are available worldwide. Whether you are looking for somatic therapy, trauma healing support, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, clinical hypnosis, or a compassionate space to begin understanding your experiences, Holistic Healing Association is here to walk alongside you—one step at a time.
