Very positive experience!

I only have positive things to say about my stay with Holland2Stay. From the beginning, communication was professional, clear, and timely. They always set out expectations fairly; the contract was fair, as was the rent in this competitive market, and instructions for cleaning before check-out were very thorough. The staff were responsive and in my experience always friendly (special shout-out to Julius, excellent service!). In every regard, H2S delivered! From beginning to end, I really enjoyed my stay at Philips Bedrijfschool in Eindhoven!

Perfect living

I had a great experience with Holland2Stay. Their service is truly outstanding, and what impressed me the most was their quick response to any issue or question I had. Good quality apartments but not as good living experience

The apartment was nicely designed and the loft repair requests were handled quickly. Their support system is informative and makes it easy to track progress and ask questions.
However, my building did not have a washing machine in the apartment and there were only 2 in the building in the laundry room serving 170 lofts, which wasn't enough at all. They did not repair the 3rd washing machine for almost a year. The elevators kept breaking down so is the main door, and all received relatively low attention from h2s side.
At the checkout, they charged a lot for repairing the silicon in the shower, which is supposed to be subject to normal wear and tear.
H2S usually tries to organize events for the tenants, but all were badly organized in my opinion. I'm overall happy with the apartment quality, but h2s's ways of management can fall short.

Lovely Experience

After dealing with so many scam agents and reluctant brokers, H2S gave me the keys in only a couple of days. The management is great and caring, the apartment is always clean and the neighbors are lovely.

Great experience so far

I just moved in and everything was handled so professionally. The check in was very smooth. The staff is very responsive. The apartment is well maintained and designed beautifully with new design furniture. Even fellow tenants here are very helpful and friendly.

Student Housing Missinformation

I was unable to reach you by phone, so I am leaving this review instead.

After searching for housing through your website in Eindhoven for over a month, I finally managed to book an apartment in City Tower. I was very pleased and believed this was a confirmed option. Unfortunately, my application was rejected because, according to the property manager, she “didn’t believe I would stay in Eindhoven for a year.”

For context, I am a student who has secured a six-month internship in Eindhoven, and I plan to remain in the city afterward to complete my thesis, as I do not need to return to the city where my university is at. The property requires a minimum one-year stay, and I clearly stated that I intended to stay for at least a year and was even considering remaining after my studies.

After spending an entire month on your website searching for housing, I booked student accommodation as a student, so this decision is difficult to understand.

I do not understand where it is stated that a student from another city cannot rent housing in Eindhoven. Especially since my university is not far from City Tower in Eindhoven when it comes to commuting time.

I am very disappointed with your service, particularly due to the lack of clear communication and what appears to be misinformation.

Overall good experience despite earlier miscommunication

My overall experience was positive, although there was a small issue at the beginning.

Previously, a male staff member asked me to wait for more than an hour but did not show up in the end, which was disappointing and a bit frustrating. Clear communication would have made the situation much better.

However, the female staff member who assisted me with the check-in process was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She handled everything efficiently and made the process smooth and pleasant. Her attitude really improved my overall impression.

Despite the earlier inconvenience, I would say the overall experience was still good thanks to her professionalism and support.

Good but not perfect

The apartment has a very nice design and is well furnished. Most of the necessary household items are provided, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The ventilation system seems quite weak, and humidity and cooking smells tend to remain in the air for a long time. The hallways often have an unpleasant odor as well. Additionally, I have noticed a few small insects (similar to small cockroaches) inside the apartment on several occasions.
With some improvements in these areas, the living experience could be even better.

My first month in Holland2Stay, Campus Zonnelaan

Really supriesed with the experience itself! The balance between price/service deliveried is really good, most of the similar companies in this market would charge at least 150/200 euros extra comparing with Holland2Stay.

My only concern lies in the fact that, when I arrived, there was a person registred in my address, and this person was not the previous tenant. I acknowledge that they can not do much about the situation, about I genuinely think that it could be avoided or better helped. I did not solve it yet, and this has been harming my house allowance, unfortunanely.

The best housing experience

My experience with H2S so far has been extremely smooth and efficient. Clear communication, a straightforward application process, extremely friendly people… We went from applying to moving in within days and our property manager Jacob did a thorough inspection of the apartment and created tickets for small repairs that were fixed in less than a week. 10/10

I had a terrible experience with 'The Beech' in Eindhoven. Be careful with your deposit. When you move in, take pictures from every single spot (even the smallest ones) and email them to H2S. They later charge you for them. I did it, btw, but they still charge me for the problem that was already there before I moved in. It's a pity that, because of the housing crisis, people still have to rent for H2S!
