They will try to rip you off on crazy…

They will try to rip you off on crazy amounts for the worn out cheap furniture, starting from depreciation till your deposit.

Worst experience

Technically zero star. Worst experience. A third-world country has better customer service. Zero care for customers and only greedy for the money that they get from customer. Even if you have such a grave issue, they will increase the rent but never repair the issue. There is no protection if you take them as your housing agency. The worst experience you could ever get. They will only drain money and happiness from you.
Its useless talking to their internal system, they dont reply but here they show everything can be resolved in the internal system. Dont fall for such things. Bunch of degenerates.

After 4 months trying to find a place…

I moved in a week ago

I moved in a week ago, and so far it seems like a very calm and peaceful place.

The interior design of both the building and the apartment is very good.

I really liked the staff who welcomed me on the first day.

I believe it will be a place I'll live for a long time.

Twin complex in Ams New Wear

Resident of the Twin complex in Ams New West. The rent is very reasonable for the size offered and I love the windows from bottom to ceiling. The kitchen is quite tiny though and the air is hardly circulated in half of the flat.

One star is to much

Stay away from holland2stay.
This non kindly company are wolves in sheep clothes. They dont care if your a human. They only want money and if you have problems in their rentinghouses they dont care! Especially in the complex the well in Utrecht. They blame each other than they try to blame the person who is renting from them. Stay far far far away from this slumlords.

We have a good experience with…

We have a good experience with holland2stay .the team are helpfule and friendly and their house are clean and comfortable ☺️ but they are also very busy so when we have some problem in our house it takes some days to come and check it but when they come help us so much

Horrible with repair requests (the Y)

As long as you don't need support everything is actually pretty well, but as soon as something's broken you're screwed. I can't buzz people in the building for over 2 months now, highly inconvenient with parcels & deliveries. Asked several times for an update on when they would fix it and just give me the same 'we're working on it with an external company' message for 2 months straight so apparently nothing is happening and I just have to hope it will work some day.

Comfortable, clean, and well-managed

Moving into this studio was a great experience! The process was smooth, the place was spotless, and exactly as advertised. Management is responsive, professional, and clearly cares about tenants. Overall, very comfortable and well-managed. Highly recommend!

I lived at the Betz and had a great experience: communication was very smooth with the staff, the flat was handed in a clean way, and there was no hidden costs. The level of service was beyond my expectations in terms of items provided at checkin - a perfect place to get started in the Netherlands.

I used to live in Benjamin apartment holland2stay and recently have moved to zoetermeer building. In my point of view these buildings are really nice for living especially for expacts. Every thing is organized ranging from the building itself to process you pass to get the house. If you wanna experience living in a nice cozy and calm place, go for holland2stay.

I recently stayed at this property

I recently stayed at this property. The booking process was straightforward and convenient, which I really appreciated. However, upon arrival, I noticed that the cleanliness of the house could have been better, and there were some issues with the carpet and pet hair. Additionally, the second key I received was actually the wrong one, and there was no proper spare key for the apartment. I’m not sure if it was lost or simply unavailable, but it gave me a sense of insecurity during my stay.

First check-in experience

The rental process and paperwork were handled very smoothly, and the staff were fast and responsive before my check-in. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the condition after the first check-in. The apartment was delivered dirty, unhygienic, and unprepared: sticky floors, greasy kitchen, damp smell, and filthy sofa, bed, mattress, and curtains. The sofa and bed were infested with ants and silverfish, the bathroom light didn’t work, and the shower drain was blocked. The oven and refrigerator smelled disgusting, several advertised items were missing, and even the TV was cracked.

This property was handed over in an unacceptable state, far from what was advertised, and tenants deserve to be warned.

Great soultion for Maastricht

The studios are compact but come with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. They’re very centrally located, so you can easily reach everything on foot or by bike. There’s also a shared washing machine and dryer available for residents.

Although it can sometimes be tricky to get in touch, the team responds quickly and efficiently once you reach them. It would be helpful if the floor plans matched the actual rental space, as this would make it easier to prepare for your arrival and plan what fits in the room.

Comfortable stay, professional service

I had a good experience with Holland2Stay. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as advertised. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the staff was clear. However, the rent is a bit high compared to similar places, and sometimes the response time for emails could be faster. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend it for newcomers in the Netherlands.

Cornelius Paradise offers you to live…

Cornelius Paradise offers you to live both in centre and in a quiet nature at the same time.

The rental process was smooth and everything went as planned.

Apartment is as it is in the photos. It was cleaned well for check in and designed in a smart way for comfort.

Moreover, holland2stay provides new matrasses for new check ins.

Responses through portal for information and repair request are on time with a constructive way.

As an expat who was suffered from landlords before, I would highly recommend Holland2stay for fair pricing and good service.
