Continuing poor service!!!
Please read this in connection with 2 previous posts.
So, you've guessed it, despite the message from CS, Holland and Barret have not resolved the issue....
Have been called "John" and been asked what the problem is again but no resolution.
Sent an email this morning, stating how poor the customer service is, but no response!!!
All I want is the 2 items I bought in a 3 for 2 offer!!!
