Hollandbikeshop has all the hard to find components for my two European bikes. Shipping is fast and prices including shipping are comparable to whatI can buy in Canada.

Products were as described and arrived soon enough.

My experience with Hollandbikeshop was really good.
I even had a doubt which which part of my Thule trailer should I order, because there is a difference in parts between models, and I have received an answer within one day. I was really surprised by their fast response.
Ordering and delivery was also to the point.

Do not buy from there; they are extremely efficient at taking payment and then ignoring all inquiries. I ordered locks and other items for my bike on July 2nd, with delivery scheduled for July 7th or 8th. On July 4th, I received a message stating that my package had been electronically dispatched and the payment was deducted from my card. However, no package arrived. My inquiries were ignored for several days, and when they finally responded, they claimed they would investigate the following day and get back to me. As of July 15th, I still have not received any further communication from them. I believe it is a scam company that electronically registers packages with a shipping company but never actually sends the goods. I will report them to the police for simple theft.

No response on mail after several days i tried to contact them by phone, 10 minutes as nr 1 in the que before i gave up. They have shipped the package to a pickup point instead of my home address and forgotten to inform me, so no pickup codes or anything that made me able to easily get my package. On the other hand Bring was helpfull to send me the info i guess they are used to vendors not adding the needed info to make a delivery.

Had to call the hotline due to a defective product. Got a replacement without any fuss, although the mailing of photos had failed for some unknown reason. Thanks a lot!

Speed of communication and willingness. The only thing I didn't get was the tracking of the package so that I could track the shipment to know the day of delivery, otherwise everything went well. Thanks.
