I was excited to find some organic dutch products that shipped to the US when we moved back from Amsterdam. I placed my order then no shipment arrived for 3+ weeks. I attempted to call (phone number didn't work) and attempted online chat (received automated reply). I received an apologetic reply to my email that products were back ordered. Honestly, it was no problem that products were back ordered, but I should have received an email giving me updates as I was about to cancel my order. Then I received an email saying products came in and were in transit. Doubtful I will order from them again.

Was really good service, shipping was a little expensive but they gave me an extra item with what I ordered which was a well received surprise!

Very excited to try this product on our adopted son!

Your delivery system to Finland is company named Postnord. That was really difficult for me. They deliver the packet at your door BUT only between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. (8-16). I'm at work then! And on the webside the delivery was suppose to be here in 48h but it took a week. Regular post is better in Finland because you can pick the packet up by yourself from the post office when you have time.
I ordered coffee, that was good..

- Provided tracking number isn't gives any result for tracking the package.
- No "Forgot password" button to restore the password.

Worst experience ever. hollandboutique.com charged my card and have not send me my purchase, no responses to emails and no refunds. When I asked for refund they did not reply. Never trust them!

Hollandboutique has great prices and the best customer service. I wanted to change my order after placing it, and Frans and Alex were so very helpful.

Ordered on July 20th and still did not receive anything, almost a full month later. I would have expected an update with this kind of delays.

When asking for an update:
- by email, they did not respond
- tried to chat on the website, it was too busy so they responded by email that my package should be dispatched asap...

And then I get an email to send in a review... I usually don't complain on this kind of sites, but since they ask for it...

I still have hope that my package will still arrive at some point.

Thank you for sending me complementary great cookies, but the UPS has charged me for them (including customs charges) and because they did not know how to price the cookies, it took another week to clarify with me and to have the package sent.

Money was drawn from account before dispatching the order. :-(

Found Holland Boutique online while looking for 50ml size Purol. Besides Purol, that my mother has used forever, we found several other products that we enjoyed from Holland that the local store carried (now closed). Prices and shipping are very reasonable. Thanks.

My order was handled and shipped as expected. Fast and solid. Got even a small present in the shipment that I almost overlooked :-).
Next time I will surely order at holland boutique again.
