Don’t bother

Tried to order a part from them online, received an email asking for registration to check the part is correct, after that I was completely ghosted. Didn’t respond to multiple follow ups. Guessing they sold the part to someone else already and couldn’t be bothered to let me know.

Go with Fruugo.

I was after a switch for the seat height adjustment of the drivers seat in a 2017 Holden Captiva. You referred my request to Eastern Korean Auto Parts in NZ.

After two unanswered emails to them over a week I decided to ring them at my expense. The gentleman that answered stated he was unsure they had the part and would check and get back to me. He added that they do not post orders and that I would need to arrange a courier to deliver the part to Australia.

He got back to me via email to say shipping would be about $90. He did not say whether or not they had the part.

I have since arranged the delivery of a new switch via Fruugo in the UK for $38.44 including postage.

Website has a problem

Website has a massive bug that prevents buying parts.

If you put a part into your cart it will lock that item for 24 hours and if you don't immediately buy it / close the tab and come back later it's stuffed until tomorrow.

It's also super laggy website. I had to run it on my laptop and let it sit so it loaded in.
