I sent an email to asked about the gold I bought and paid via overschrijving and it didnt appear in vault. only this question was answered but the rest were ignored.
I have asked that I want the gold to be sent to me,and I wonder when will it arrive or when I get the physical gold, I get no answer or even clarity, I needed clarification as not all the details are posted on the site. I sold my silver I have asked when will I get my money, No answer. I have asked family and friends to invest in it aswel and so they are wondering if they would have the same fate. I hope they will be effecient in their service as they are earning a lot from the investors. Also that they put they are available from 9-17u monday-Friday but when I called on a thursday its gesloten. I am still having high hopes that I am on the right direction but I also do wish that the team/company would provide an effecient service as people have to work hard for the money they invest in.

Holland gold takes 5% of your investment
Good app and smooth experience. However, I wouldn’t recommend the app for holding metals in their vault. They let you pay 2% extra when buying and the price drops 2% when selling. Plus they charge 0.5% with both buying and selling. So they take 5% in total. And on top of that they charge you quarterly for their vault space you are using. They are taking way too much in my opinion. You can invest in physical gold using broker apps and pay a fraction of that commission.

The service is good and fast
The service is good and fast. There hasn't been one problem, but I do have an issue with them putting a cap on silver coins. This is not how it works. Let people be free and let the market decide. You are merely an intermediary. This smells like a scam. Come on, one coin per person! What are you doing? Is this how you think the market really works? Stay away from it.

The easy way to invest in precious metals
The site is easy and convenient to navigate, the payment options are easy to handle, the service is fast and accurate. One thing would be nice if it was an option, it is not possible to make corrections to the order after it placed and before payment, not even in a short time window.

Communication is the key
The transaction came to pass ... This is the good part and the important part
I had an previous experience buying from Amsterdam Gold before it was moved to Holland Gold that's where my trust was build up
The main issue which need/ can be addressed is COMMUNICATIONS...!
Relatively large sum of money is involved and hearing about the process stages is assuring
For example:
I ordered the goods on Thursday and paid the same day
First time I hared from Holland Gold was on Monday after I send a letter to ask what's going on...(!)
The goods where dispatched on coming Friday where I got a notice from the Currier and Holland Gold
When I buy with AliExpress or Amazon small item worth few Euro I get few emails telling me from the beginning when should I expect any movement of the parcel along the way till it's reach my doorstep
This care was ( utterly) missing in Holland Gold communication from the beginning to the end.

When working with foreign banks, it can take a few days before we receive the payment. Once the payment has been received, you will see a confirmation in the track & trace section of your customer portal. From there, you can also directly schedule your delivery.
This is why we don’t send separate payment confirmations — instead, you’ll receive an email inviting you to schedule your delivery.
If I understand correctly, you would prefer to receive an email confirmation once we receive your payment as well — is that right?
Once the product is shipped to another country, our transporter will provide a track & trace link. Occasionally, these emails may end up in your spam folder. Have you received this email yet?
