UPS does not respect delivery requirements
UPS gave the package to a neighbor, without approval and neglected to respect the requirement to hand-over only to recipient personally.

Delivered as aspected
Simple to order, and instant neat confirmation. Take slightly longer to get the order but I was informed. The package is neatly disguised. UPS does not always read the information on the package, only deliver to the recipient.
One star less because I'm slightly less positive about UPS.

good products but service could be better
The coins I've ordered are excellent quality and meeting expectations. Amsterdam Gold is not the lowest price but the quality of the website and their reputation made me do the deal.
The service concerning delivery logistics could improve.
The first time I ordered, I asked to instruct UPS to delay the delivery but that was not possible. Another coinshop I've worked with did provide this service.
The last delivery would be kept on hold until a delivery date was agreed but the package was send without consulting me first.
