Unfortunately a terrible service

Unfortunately a terrible service. I asked for a quote on June 19th giving already my address and explaining the issue with my sofa. Only when I sent a reminder did they tell me it would cost 49eur for someone to come and check my furniture. I accepted it and it's been weeks without hearing back. I sent another reminder and they replied asking for my address. I gave it again and it's been a week and I've heard nothing, today it's July 19th so a whole month and no quote. Really shocking to be treated like I should beg them to take my money. I've given up.
