Watch out

Currently on holiday at Lake Garda, I was looking for places to go when the weather was bad. I ended up at Parco Natura Viva zoo. I clicked on a link on gardameer-nu.nl to buy tickets. I ordered four at holli-day.com and received them via email from Tickets-tours.com. Once at the zoo, I was refused entry because the tickets didn't have a barcode. At the information desk, I was told that this reseller was a scam and that they had never encountered this before. As a gesture of goodwill, I re-bought the tickets at a discount when I arrived.

Edit 1: The score has been changed from 1 to 3 because I received a refund, giving them the benefit of the doubt regarding the technical issue. Furthermore, I relied on what the employee told me instead of calling the number listed on the tickets, thereby not giving them the opportunity to resolve the issue.
