I have to admire the professional way this company has dealt with my request to cancel my booking for July 10 th this year and to transfer to same property for June next year 2021 I have at all times been kept in the loop I sent e mails cancelling this years holiday and over 3 weeks I had received e mails back saying the cancellation dept were dealing with it then I had an e mail saying they were transfering this years deposit and booking fee to the 2021 holiday I received a phone call on Saturday the 16th saying everything was now completed and my 2021 Holliday was confirmed I would like to thank the 3 different females who kept me in touch via e mails considering the pressure with cancellations the company have really pushed themselves to the limit. yours mr welch ps (just had email Sunday confirming the phone call on Saturday saying completed for 2021)
