Nice designs on the site

Nice designs on the site.
Print colour was washed out and didn't match ecom shot.
Took 2 and a half weeks to arrive, came creased.
No response to any emails or messages. No phone number to contact either.

Like the designs but won't order from again.

- sent info over and still no response at all.

Hi Dan, I'm so sorry to hear this. I can't find any emails from a Dan - I'd really appreciate it if you could get in touch to help with your order. Unfortunately I don't have a business phone number at this time as I am a small business. Orders are sent within 5-7 days at the moment due to working on my own with a large workload, but it sounds like there has been a delay within the Royal Mail system here. Regarding colours and ecomm shots, I pride myself on bold punchy colours so I'm super surprised to hear this. If it was creased on arrival I'm so sorry on behalf of Royal Mail, as everything leaves my studio in pristine condition. Please get in touch Dan and I'll gladly help rectify! Thank you, Hollie

No customer service

Sadly have to give one star.
Placed an order a week ago.
Some items have arrived but some items are missing.
No email to say they’re arriving separately, therefore can’t track them.
Have emailed them to ask but no reply, customer service seems to be entirely nonexistent.
What a pity but this company would need to be avoided.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service! I made a mistake with my order (ordered wrong size print), there were no details within the parcel on returns so emailed as instructed via website, but despite emailing 3 times (a week apart each time giving sufficient time for a response) .. absolutely nothing. I then turned to social media where I left a polite comment on their most recent post asking for them to contact me … no response…so I sent a DM and still nothing. I can see that this small business is growing which is great as prints are now appearing in high street stores but they need to get the core of the business spot to support the small customers such as myself who have bought directly. I was going to just reorder the correct size print but have decided to go elsewhere now and sadly others might do the same if they don’t rectify this vital part of running a small business?
