The customer service communication and the chair are a disaster, too
The customer service communication was abysmal from the start, because they mostly replied with template messages and I basically had to beg them to finally ship the chair once it was already in the European warehouse. Delivery took a full month, despite me repeatedly telling them that due to health issues it was important for the chair to arrive as soon as possible. The chair itself is an ergonomic disaster. I’m shorter than the giant woman in the advertisement video and the seat is too hard, my back sinks too deeply into the mesh, the lumbar curve is higher than my actual waist, the lumbar support either doesn’t support enough or presses uncomfortably into my back and even at the lowest height setting my feet don’t reach the floor properly, which restricts my blood circulation. The headrest is too high even at its lowest setting, the plastic parts of the armrests wobble badly and the armrests get misaligned from even tiny movements. The synchro-mechanism is also terrible because it cannot be adjusted smoothly, and my body size and weight are not enough to tilt the backrest forward, so the seat angle remains far too backwards compared to the backrest. The Holludle Sharper chair causes multiple biomechanical problems and it is one of the worst chairs I have ever sat in.
