Today I had my hair done at HH again, color by Jeffrey and he did a great job, and extensions by Kaja, I would like to thank Kaja especially so much for her time and commitment, Kaja stayed with me until after 9 to finish my hair, she dedicated the whole day to me and did the best job, I can't express my gratitude enough.

Kaya did an amazing job with my hair extensions. The blend is seamless, and they feel super natural and lightweight. You can tell she really pays attention to detail—everything looks polished and professional. I’ve had so many compliments already!
Jeffrey absolutely nailed the colour. The highlights and lowlights are perfectly placed and give my hair so much dimension without looking overdone. The tone is exactly what I wanted—fresh, vibrant, and really flattering. Such a skilled colourist!

The worst salon experience we have ever had – Hollywood Hair

We had a treatment done at Hollywood Hair and would not recommend this company to anyone.
We were never given clear information or Terms & Conditions beforehand, and expectations were created that were not delivered. We were promised a certain amount of hair, but what was actually applied was far less. The result looked thin, unnatural, and completely unlike what had been promised.

Only after we filed a complaint did they suddenly start referring to “Terms & Conditions” that we had never seen. Even worse, during our complaint they changed their Terms & Conditions and then acted as if those rules had always existed. This is misleading and unacceptable.

We provided proper evidence (photos, description, request), but their so-called complaint procedure turned out to be pointless. Instead of offering any real solution, they rejected everything and shifted the blame onto us.

It is clear this company does not care about its clients. Instead of accountability or professionalism, they hide behind altered rules and excuses.

👉 Our warning to future clients: do not go here. There are many salons that are far more transparent, professional, and trustworthy.

This was my second visit to Hollywood Hair this time Matt and Kaja looked after me, and wow… what a dream team.
🎨 Matt handled colour, treatments, cut and styling with incredible care and talent and he totally understood post chemo hair. The final result? A natural, warm blonde that made me feel like a million bucks.
Matt’s haircut? Pure magic. For the first time, my cut still looks great after a few washes and it takes minimum effort to style them.

💁‍♀️ Kaja worked wonders with my extensions – placing them gently, away from stressed areas, and only where needed most. We laughed through the whole process and she made it feel effortless and fun.

Despite my hair needing extra time and care, no one rushed. They were more worried if I was okay asking if I was hungry, tired, or needed anything. That level of care? Rare.

To the whole Hollywood Hair team – you didn’t just do my hair. You gave me my confidence back.
