Cheap. The stone looking sticker seems to be set in wrong so it's not going to be a gift like I thought I was purchasing. You do get what you pay for.

Overpriced jewelry
Through one of the rewards programs I am in, I earned a $50 gift certificate. There’s nothing on your website that cost $50. I ended up paying $65 for a pair of earrings that I did not feel was worth even $25. This wasn’t any type of reward in my book

Ordered 2 pair of earrings from Hollywood Sensation, the earrings were exactly as pictured on the companies website. One pair of earrings I ordered, were "threader" earrings and very painful when trying to put them through my ears. I mentioned this in my review and the next day customer service reached out to me and ask that I send a picture of the earrings to make sure they were not defective. After sending the pictures, I was contacted again to let me know they were going to issue me a full refund. What made this interaction review worthy, was the fact that I had no intention of asking for a refund or send the earrings back, the refund was offered without my needing to ask and completed in a very timely fashion. Hollywood Sensation Customer Service Rocks!! Thank You!!

I received the item on time but it was missing a stone and it looked like it was a broken item they tried and fixed with links of different sizes in the chain. Totally not worth the embarrassment of giving it as a gift.
