Marvellously pretty to start with , and the quality is really great

Expensive .. but worth every penny!
Excellent customer service , instant replies, relevant, issue solving , courteous …rare!
Product is class , exactly as in the photograph on website.. rare!
Quality is of matching class and elegance . I normally only opt for 1000 count in Egyptian cotton from past experience , my only hesitation was the duvet was 600 thread count . It did not disappoint , the quality and silky satiny luscious fabric is divine . They ‘re just in the wash for first time so I cannot judge as yet after wash status , but the quality tells me they will wash just fine . Cannot wait until next purchase !

QUESTION
Not a review, but a question - if 7 out of 7 reviews give ONE star, how is the average 2.3 stars? (Shown on the Holsper Trustpilot front page

Hi Jill,
Hi, it looks like you may have come across the wrong or an outdated review page.
Our Trustpilot profile currently has a score of 4.3 out of 5, based on more than 810 reviews, and all of those reviews are publicly available to read on our Trustpilot page.
We’re therefore a little confused and honestly quite disappointed to receive a 1-star review from someone who hasn’t actually purchased or used a Holsper product. We completely welcome genuine feedback from our customers, whether it’s positive or negative, but a 1-star rating based only on a question about a review score doesn’t really reflect an experience with our company or products.
We hope that clears things up.
Warm regards,
Holsper Team

We love the materials used in your bedding (duvets, sheets and pillow cases) but am a bit disappointed in the 'looseness' of the fitted sheets for both the ones I have received so far (Golden Birds and Golden Leaves).
Our mattress is a super king, as are the fitted sheets but they aren't a snug fit. It's either that the elastic isn't strong enough to keep the sheets in place, or there is a little too much material. I think it is the former. Otherwise, we like Holsper bedding.

Hi Anne,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you love the materials and overall quality of our duvets, sheets, and pillowcases, and we truly appreciate your honesty regarding the fitted sheets.
When it comes to the fit of fitted sheets, the depth and structure of the mattress play a very important role. Even when the mattress size is correct, differences in mattress depth, toppers, or overall construction can affect how snug the sheet feels. That said, we absolutely want to make sure everything is as it should be and that you’re fully happy with your bedding.
Please do get in touch with us at info@holsper.com, and we’ll be more than happy to look into your case in detail and check that everything is correct for your mattress.
Thank you again for choosing Holsper and for your kind words overall. We truly value your feedback and the opportunity to help.
Warm regards,
Holsper

Excellent customer service
A true gauge of a companies customer service level is usually when things go wrong or there's an issue. My original Duvet set had a flaw and as soon as I mentioned this to the team at Holsper they really did go above and beyond. I am truly impressed. Clearly having an issue is rare, the duvet is just gorgeous but having this level of customer service is also rare and I want to acknowledge that. Thank you to the team at Holsper you set a very high example of how service should be.

The bedlinen and quality are excellent.
The bedlinen design and quality are excellent and we are really satisfied with our purchase.
I would say though that the pillow cases aren’t very big and if you like a thick / deep pillow you would struggle with these pillow cases!
There was some considerable delay in getting delivery of the goods too. This is something that I feel needs improving.

Hi Mrs Catherine,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this with us. We’re really happy to hear you love the design and overall quality of the bedding 🤍
We appreciate the note about the pillowcases — we understand thicker or deeper pillows can be a tighter fit, and your feedback is genuinely helpful for us going forward. We’re also sorry about the delivery delay. We know how frustrating that can be, and it’s something we’re actively working to improve, during busy period like this one, Black Friday and Christmas period.
Thanks again for your honesty and for choosing Holsper.

Hi ,
We’re really sorry to hear about the delay and completely understand how frustrating this can be.
The recent Black Friday period has been extremely busy, and unfortunately some delays can occur while parcels are in transit, as delivery companies are operating at very high volumes. We are actively following up and pushing our couriers to prioritise and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Please also note that most of our products are made on demand. This means they usually take 1–5 business days to be prepared before shipping.
For reference, our estimated delivery timeframes are:
- UK orders: approximately 12 business days in total
- USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and international orders: up to 15 business days in total
We truly appreciate your patience and your kind words about our bedding quality. If you’d like us to check the status of your specific order, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Holsper Team

Misleading product and disappointing quality
I ordered a bedding set advertised as 1000TC Egyptian cotton in a sateen weave, but what arrived was nothing like the product shown or described.
The fabric is rough, warm, and completely lacks the smooth, soft feel you’d expect from genuine sateen. Even my older 500TC Dorma bedding is far superior in both texture and finish.
The colour was also totally different from the photos — much darker and with no sheen at all.
I even took close‑up photos of the weave, and it’s clear the fabric isn’t sateen as advertised. It looks and feels like a basic, lower‑quality weave.

Hello Dave,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the set did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to respond transparently.
All of our bedding is produced using 100% Egyptian cotton made from long-staple fibres and woven in a sateen construction. We have worked with the same premium manufacturers for many years and carry out regular quality checks to ensure consistency with the specifications shown on our website. Comparisons with other brands can vary, as different manufacturers may use different yarns, weaving techniques, and finishing processes, even when similar thread counts are stated.
Regarding colour and finish, we do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible, though slight variations can occasionally occur due to lighting, screens, or production batches. That said, we take any concerns about noticeable differences very seriously.
Your feedback is unexpected, and we would genuinely like to review this in detail. We have invited you to contact our support team and share the photos you mentioned of the fabric and weave. If there is any issue identified on our side, we will of course take full responsibility and offer an appropriate resolution, whether that is a replacement or a refund.
Quality and transparency are extremely important to us, and we are always happy to investigate concerns thoroughly to ensure our products meet the standards described.
Kind regards,
The Holsper Team
