Worst phone protection anywhere

I purchased Holstere Everly. Terrible. If you want to have your $1200 Iphone destroyed by all means buy this! I am very careful with my phone and never used insurance
Or had screen fracture, but on 4th screen saver due to phone falling out ofHolstere while walking or leaning forward.

No response on e-mail

Loved my first one, but customer care unfortunately does not exist. Their website is the first problem. It automatically chooses the size according to your type of phone, and that made me end up with the wrong size. And no matter how many e-mails you send, there’s no response (no phone nr to call) to return or replace.

Go to Bandolier Hostere now awful ….

Had a phone case in past expected the same quality. New order was wrong case which happens. No response at all after weeks and multiple messages. Ended up getting credit card co involved.
Also the cover shape is sharp edged and scratchy. Even smells like an old closet clearly a way cheaper in finished product definitely gone downhill and shocking customer service.

Ordered twice

Ordered twice. Both shipments were wrong. 1st was my fault. Second was theirs. Cannot, and I mean you absolutely CANNOT, get a response from email or phone with these people. Do not do business here. Slick website belies a terrible behind-the-scenes setup.

I’ve reached out to them several times…

I’ve reached out to them several times and no response. Sent pictures. In 3 months my strap and case fell apart. I thought I’d give them a try since I bought Bandolier before and it’s considerably more expensive, but now I know why. It never fell apart.

They sent me the wrong product and I have not received any response or replacement or refund from them since I’ve sent back the item within the 30 day window. I only found where to send returns on their website since no one was getting back with me. Have not received any response.

Worthless company!!!!!

Sent me a Gold zipper pouch, I ordered Silver!!!! And now they won’t respond to me emails!!! Are you kidding me!! Bandolier may be more expensive, but they are efficient, and sell quality. This company is a pure joke! Can’t properly fill an order with only 1 item ordered!!! And NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THEY SCREW UP!!! DONE!! STEER CLEAR

Excessive hiden customs charges be very careful when ordering!!

I've ordered a phone case and a pouch through their website. The shipment was from the USA to Europe.
The website sad nothing about additional customs fees, however when UPS delivered the package they charged a customs clearance fee which I could only pay in cash!
I've e-mailed them about the issue they replied to me that there should be no additional fee. I've sent them the receipts of the customs charge and I did not hear from them ever since. It's been almost a month. Several attempt and no reply. I've been left completely alone.
I'm left with an excessive customs fee which is the 50% OF THE TOTAL PRICE WITH DELIVERY.
