Excellent service from Alicja, very satisfied customer

Alicja was so helpful in designing my engagement ring. She asked all the right questions to understand what I likes and didn’t like and made really helpful suggestions. All of the stones she found for me were so spot on in terms of what I wanted that it was difficult to choose. She then designed and created the most beautiful ring. We can’t wait to come back to get our wedding bands. After looking elsewhere I’m confident I got really good value for money at Holts. And the whole design process was really fun too.

Would definitely recommend Holts to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring in Hatton Garden. There is so much choice in the area but the personalised time, patience and attention I received at Holts from Emily was unlike anywhere else. Apart from the great customer service, you can tell immediately the gems are excellent quality. I can't stop staring at how much my new engagement ring sparkles - can't wait to show it off!

Was struggling to find a pale pink Sapphire ring anywhere and Holts came up during a google search for gems. Was so glad that they did. From the first point of contact Alicja was helpful, knowledgable and personable and had a lovely selection of stones to look at. Timescales and costs for making the piece were clear and advice on was given at every step of the process to ensure the piece created was perfect. They are definitely experts and brilliant at what they do and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I thoroughly recommend Holts Gems - the whole process from start to finish was brilliant. I was a complete novice when it came to anything to do with rings and stones - Marianne was incredible at taking the time to talk every element through with me and ensure that the final piece was exactly what I was looking for. There was clear communication and updates about the progress throughout and the final ring was made within the timeframe originally discussed. We couldn't be happier with the final product - the ring looks incredible.

My experience with Holts Gems could not have been better. I didn’t know if I would be able to choose an engagement ring during lockdown, but Marianne made the process really easy and I managed to design my ideal ring with her help. Holts gave me so much choice, help with the design and so much information when selecting my diamonds and at every stage. Marianne spent a lot of time with me talking through options and I never felt rushed in to a decision. I collected my ring this week and I cannot stop looking at it! It’s even better than what I imagined and exactly what I wanted. It’s perfect and I cannot thank Marianne enough!

Holts could not have gone to more trouble to make sure our product was an incredible success; we have used them for the past twenty years, and the results have always been absolutely brilliant. They really let the gems speak for themselves and the quality is always excellent. They are lovely people too!

Amazing experience, I love my ring!! Marianne was our Jewellery Consultant and she did a fantastic job. My fiancé had an initial consultation with Marianne over Zoom to discuss ring preferences (setting, stone, size of diamond, price range etc.) and gave him good advice based on these preferences. I had already sent him some ideas of rings I liked, so from those pictures Marianne was also able to understand the style I was looking for. After that they were in regular contact and the process was very smooth. Marianne was very knowledgeable and professional. She not only showed him the rings but took the time to give a lot of explanation which he really appreciated - the different types of settings, how the rings are made, why they are bespoke. She also explained how to measure your ring size so that when he proposed the ring was the correct size, and arranged fast courier delivery so that it arrived before I had to leave back to the US! It was perfect timing and without her exceptional customer service he would have had to propose without the ring. Overall - my ring was exactly what I was looking for, and I get so many compliments.

Holts have produced for my wife a beautiful pair of tourmaline earrings. They are set in gold with a diamond halo. Holts sourced the tourmaline stones and designed the earring. They are exquisite, thank you.

I had a wonderful experience using the virtual appointments. Alicja guided me through the process of creating my bespoke ring. She advised me so well and clearly when creating my sapphire and diamond ring. She showed me a great selection of lovely gemstones. It was a really simple process and easy to understand. I’m really happy with my ring. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve used Holt’s for years to service my Pearl engagement ring but this time I entrusted them to rebuild my Grandma’s beautiful diamond engagement ring that had worn dangerously thin.
