The lectern was meant to be molded but…
The lectern was meant to be molded but instead had parts screwed together with large groves .
They were happy for me to return the item for for an exchange or full refund at my own cost .
Considering the weight, distance and conditions for return which which would be expensive to meet, I decided to keep the lectern.
They failed to adhere to the quality advertised .
I will never buy anything from this group or refer them to anyone else.

Deceptive promotion
They wanted to charge me £13.31 for delivery in the UK of a £9.70 shirt. (In 4-10 days standard delivery) Pulled me in with an offer on the product only to overcharge on the postage. I do not like this way of doing business.
22/7 Thank you for your reply, but your shipping costs are not displayed until the very last part of the purchase process. Neither is it clear you ship from Italy. Had I known both beforehand I would not have wasted my time on what initially sounded a very good offer.

A lot of praise with an improvement point added
Making an app with multiple languages available is what I like the most, it works as it should and is really clear with the products.
Prices ar at par with the competition so no complaints there. A small improvement point would be to try and work with delivery services who have the option tot directly deliver it to a pickup point.
