Fast and easy to order and very quick reply back from them

They stole my money. I purchased a necklace back August 2025, and never received it. I sent many emails and no answer…,

I guess I'm lucky I received my order. It came is a nylon gift pouch, no packingmaterial, in a regular envelope. Quality of necklace received is very cheap. Been trying for 5 days so far to reach this "company" about a refund, but of course I haven't received a response. Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. Non-existent customer service!

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM, NECKLACE IS CHEAP AND WAS BROKEN, ANY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT CONTACT NUMBER SHOULD BE A SIGN, YOU CAN RESPOND BYU EMAIL AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER IT, I HAD 5 ATTEMPTS AND NOTHING. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!

The necklace I bout broke immediately.?I reached out to them and the emailed they were sorry and they would refund me(along with attempting to guilt me with something about what I was requesting would hinder God’s work). Never was refunded

I ordered a necklace as a gift on 11/19/24 and received it as per email regarding shipment. However, the necklace was cheap and NOT the quality advertised or expected. On 12/5 I emailed requesting a refund and return instructions. I was told they did not give refunds on sale items but promised a replacement of better quality. As if this date I have not received the replacement. Also, I never received the free bracelet as promised for my order. On 12/22 I emailed again asking about my replacement necklace. I received a response that they would research and as of 12/29 no response. Email is the only method of communication with this company. My recommendation…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I urge you to read all the customer reviews before ordering, you will not receive what you paid for if you receive at all. Waited 30 days before filing fraud claim because order never received. Like all the other reviews, you only have an email to contact them and they will keep lying to you over and over. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have been emailing them over and over for three necklaces purchased two months ago. They have no tracking!!!! Scam!!!!

I ordered the necklace over 6 weeks ago and have not received. They sent me an email saying they had some shipping issues and are having to send out 5000 replacements to people so they want me to pay shipping of $3 again. I believe this is a scam.

Don’t purchase your jewelry from this company. First off, they mail the cheaply made jewelry loose in an envelope with no protective covering. The ‘free gift’ (a bracelet) they sent me for my purchase, arrived broken. In addition the necklace is very cheap looking and I probably won’t wear it. They say the money for your purchase goes to their organization, but I now believe it’s a scam.

Unfortunately, jewelry is cheaply made. It’s more for children to wear.

I ordered 2 necklaces and only received one. sent an email but received no response. I wouldn't deal with this company again. No customer service. Seems a little shady to me. Too bad with a name like Holy Faith.

I am very pleased with these necklaces. I ordered three and they arrived safely in an envelope with the free silver bracelet. They will make very nice stocking stuffer gifts.

Ordered a necklace and never received it. I did email customer service and they did offer to ship it out again, which I did receive. The product is nice but when I ordered I was supposed to receive a free bracelet with it and never did. I reached out to customer service again and never received a response back.

Additionally, the reason there is no tracking is because it gets mailed in a normal business size envelope, so if you are paying for shipping you are WAY overpaying, since they are shipping via the cost of a forever stamp.

Def proceed with caution!

I ordered 2 necklaces from HollyFaith and I never received it. The only way to contact the company is by email and they send you a repetitive answer saying that it will be send again, but it never happened. This is a fraud. There was not tracking nu.ber neither.

I bought a holy faith necklace for a little under $30 just before Christmas 2022. I was told it couldn’t be tracked because it was mailed in an envelope and the post office doesn’t issue tracking numbers for envelopes. I never received the necklace. I’m 71 years old now and it was a big deal, definitely a splurge for me. I was truly excited about buying something like that for myself. I should have known better…..
