No tracking, no shipment, fake documents, constant excuses. This company is highly suspicious - avoid.

Not as stretchy as they advertised

I have read bad reviews about it, but personally i havent experienced any such problems. I dont want to make excuses but many people have including me also received Holygrail products without any problem.

Ordered a pair of trackies in 2023, paid over £200, still haven’t received them, didn’t even get a dispatch email. I’ve tried to contact them on over 10 occasions now by email, WhatsApp and through one of their affiliates and have just been ignored, 2 years later, still getting no reply or communication while they’re flaunting their “new arrivals” all over instagram, ignoring everyone who never received their order, hate to think how much money they have made off of scamming people.

Dodgy site. Selling custom make trainers but they stole the design from a talented lady based in London who makes to order, buyer beware, you will not get your stuff

Ordered a pair of pants which took over 3 months to arrive (at least this pair even arrived).
Put them on and they didn't fit so i measured them and they were off the size chart by quite a lot. Messaged them but no response so I sold them and ordered a new pair.
After 6 months of waiting, no response and deleted Instagram messages I got PayPal to give me my money back after they DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND TO THEM.

Right now they disabled Instagram comments, and Whatsapp messages don't reach them either.
So I guess they don't care about their customers and about their money.

They used to be legit but not anymore.

They say all orders are send out within 12 days. After a month they still hadn't sent anything despite them constantly giving new dates and excuses, "next week", "this Thursday" for over a month, til I was eventually just ignored
BE WARNED They also have a no refund OR even size exchange policy, "all deals are final". If they clearly mess up, all they will offer is store credit. ONLY IF YOU FILM YOURSELF OPENING IT.
One read through their refund policy will tell you they 1, don't trust you, (ironic) , and 2 they don't give a duck about your customer satisfaction

The only way I was able to get a refund was because I paid with PayPal and had screenshots of my receipts and interactions with them (or lack of) when I made my case
They're already overpriced, the least they could do is actually be a functioning store 🙃
SO ALWAYS USE PAYPAL if you're gunna risk it with them

Anyway, there's a store on ebay with good reviews that sells some of their stuff without the ridiculous 50 shipping fee so I'd just go there

Ordered from them years ago and the service was great.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. They said it was stuck in Singapore on day 4. Since then they have blocked me on WhatsApp and every social media as I started reporting them as a scam company to everything they are on.

Clearly something has happened and this scumbag has decided to now cheat people out of their money for some reason.

I orderd my first order back in May 2023.
Got it relatively fast. Great product and I then wanted some more from them.
Placed another 4 orders in total as I thought they were legit.
These orders were placed in early September 2023 to early October 2023 totaling around 1800 USD
I have reached out numerous times.
Never got any response from the teams.
I reached out on Whatsapp E mail ad. Their website. I reached out to the mail that the money was paid to as well as the mail they want you to ask them. As of now I have contacted 6 different sources of theirs. Not a single response from any.

I would definitely not recommend this website if you actually want your product.
This is absolutely a scam operation

I ordered clothes from them a few years back and sure it took forever but I eventually did get the items. However after placing an order for 3 items from them which cost over $500 with shipping I did not hear back from them for months. I canceled the order view PayPal but I am still being charged $120 for the “shipping” since it wasn’t one of the items and PayPal isn’t covering it. I think they realized it was easier for them to become a fraudulent company and tack on the $120 shipping which won’t be covered so they make that on ever order without ever having to supply any clothing. Sad cause they were one of my favorite brands a few years ago, even though the quality of clothing is pretty terrible, for the look alone. However after this I cannot in good conscience advise anyone to ever purchase from them as they are more interested in scamming the $120 for shipping rather than actually producing and selling any products.

My Order has not been shipped in over 2 months. They claim it takes 2-3 Business Days to process and 9-12 Days for shipping. I've sent 4 Mails and at least 3 messages on their "Customer support WhatsApp" over that time and they answered exactly 0 times. Do not buy from there.

Absolutely awful!!! I placed an order over a month ago… it never shipped. When I reached out to them they said the “expedition team” will get in contact with my email. And nothing. I asked about 5 times how long orders (on average) normally take to ship, they never gave me an answer. They don’t speak great English either. So upsetting
