First time ordering ordered products…
First time ordering ordered products 11/4/26 had issues with discount codes but they sorted this were pretty good at responding however they have chosen Yodel to deliver items I've contacted them to explain my previous poor experiences with Yodel and my growing concerns , no response the last thing I ordered I never received (via Groupon) I'm now having to go through my bank to try get my original payment back so really unhappy. I've told them I won't be re ordering if Yodel is their chosen delivery partner!! It's been over 10 days since I placed my order!!

I'm so sorry — this isn't the experience anyone should have, let alone on a first order. The mistake is on us and we want to put it right.
Please DM us your order number. We'll either track it down and deliver it to you at no extra cost, or refund you in full — whichever you'd prefer. You shouldn't have to fight for this.
The Groupon order is outside our system, so the bank route is the correct path there. But anything placed directly with us, we'll handle.
