Order cancelled several days later by…
Order cancelled several days later by email - they said tights out of stock and money was refunded. Supposedly had stock when I ordered. Wbsite still saying they had stock after my order cancelled. Have used this company several times before but probably won't use again now. This was a christmas present so I am not a happy person as would have gone elsewhere and just delayed me. Alternative supplier hasn't been able to deliver before postal strike .

I have been ordering tights for my mother. I have recently found out she has not been getting what I have ordered. Last order I ordered 4 x 2pk tights she received 1x3pk and a single pack of 1 pair. However when I order off the site you state the 3pk are not available! After discussing with my mother this is not the first time this has happened. So you are conning my mother with unfulfilled orders. I am going to place an order and I have told my mother to take a photo of what she receives. Be interesting to see what arrives. Why do you advertise 2 x3pks but never have them in stock. Med/large 20 denier chiffon tights. I await your response. Thanks
