I have had Holzkern watches since I discovered their company some years ago. Their watches are beautiful and their Customer Service is ‘second to none’.
A very impressive company with fantastic watches at affordable prices.

My bracelet got recently broken since one of the pins got lost. As it was a present from my wife for our wedding anniversery, I was highly attached to it. I sent an email to the team of Holzkern if they got help me out with sending a new pin or so. To my great surprise I got informed that they wouls send a new bracelet since their quality standards are that strong, that such a thing should have never happened! Amazing and totally unexpected!! As businessman I've a lot of business and private experience with customer services, but I don't know many (or even very rare) companies who are so strongly customer oriented. Truly appreciated and a great example to many other companies. I'm a fan for life :-).

Great customer service! Had a little problem with the shipping and they helped immediately. Shipping is fast en the necklace came in a very pretty box. Would definitely buy again.

I ordered the a beautiful Numeray ring that arrived safely and in good time. The ring is beautiful, stunning quality, however, it was the wrong size (despite me trying to measure the right sizing) so I emailed explaining and the company were swift in their response explaining the return policy. I have ordered another with the correct size, all very smoothly handled.

I bought some absolutely beautiful earrings. I am very pleased with them and they came in a cute eco friendly box. I will definitely be ordering something else.

My first purchase of a beautiful Adagio Marble & Gold bandlet arrived within 7 days. I have just received today a 2nd beautiful bandlet within 7 days, this time the Looper Maple/Gold. Both were delivered in lovely packaging, ideal if these are gifts. I have been impressed with their customer service and speedy response to my queries. Highly recommended!

After purchasing a bracelet, I found out that the clasp did not work quite properly. After a few emails back and forth, a new clasp was delivered very quickly and I was able to repair the bracelet.

Bought my husband a braclet for his birthday which was lovely he was very pleased with it.
After about nine months there was a slight issue. Holzkern customer service were amazing. I love their products and their service. Highly recommended 👌.

Beautiful watch and jewelry and fantastic customer service

UPDATED 4/26/25: I received a white marble watch that had something that almost looked like a "defect"... a dark cream spot that none of the photos online showed in any of the patterns of marbling. (So beware - with anything natural, any one variation may or may not look how you want.) I was concerned about the process for an exchange, because there actually WASN'T an exchange process available (only a return process) and it was shipping overseas - plus, my original order was during a big sale that wasn't going on anymore, so I was worried about getting the same price.

Customer service took care of me. They provided the shipping label and it got back and my refund came through without a problem. Then they gave me a coupon for my original amount off, and I was able to order another watch and explain what I wanted (or rather DIDN'T want) in the marbling pattern, and a new one came that looked perfect. I wasn't out any extra money during the process, so I'm very well pleased with how everything turned out.

You're on Trustpilot because you're wondering if Holzkern is legit, and I don't blame you. They have a strange setup for reviews on their actual website so that individual products contain reviews for the company as a whole (and in many languages, which can't be translated easily). The overall effect is that something feels a little fishy. I am here to say, though, that this company is legit. Their products are gorgeous but pricey and it can feel like you're holding your breath until you receive your product. I received my watch and it was beautiful and beautifully packaged. I had a serious issue with it and I had to be in regular contact with a representative. Their policy is to respond within 1-3 days or so and that was my experience over many messages. They stood behind their product above and beyond and were willing to do whatever was needed regarding refunds and exchanges, etc. to keep my trust in them as a quality company. Somebody said on here that they thought that customer service was dead, and then they dealt with Holzkern. Not dead, after all, and I agree. Their refund policy is so-so (return within 24 days AND pay the return shipping, which can be very pricey if shipping from America) but it's also reasonable. And if you're willing to do an exchange, you don't need to pay the return shipping. Again, this is all pretty reasonable, especially considering they're a company on the smaller size. I have NOT been compensated to write this review, I am simply coming on here because *I* came on here to see if this company was legit, and from my own personal experience I am happy to report that indeed, it is. Until they become well-known and better at organizing their website and product reviews, Trustpilot will have to do.

Lovely product and fantastic Customer Service.

My wife bought me a bandlet for Xmas which I loved. Sadly there was a defective piece of wood that broke when I was playing with my kids. After communicating with Holzkern and sending them the images they were so quick to apologise and send it a new one. Really good customer service from them and I'm really happy with the replacement.

What an amazing company. Their products are incredible. So unique and beautifully made. Their customer service is also amazing. Can't rate this company highly enough. Recommended.

Expenaive and very POOR quality though they look nice but dont last/wont function fir long..
They make contacting them is impossible, And returning an item is NOT easy.

There is NO phone number on their site to be contacyed. The AI chat on the site is use less with
non relevant options. There is NO address in the returm form for sending back an item.
Simply they make it SOOO difficult to retun an item.
Never again deal with this company.
