They need to improve on packaging part and also need to improve quality of product worth the money. We ordered a oil painting worth 4000 but it came on a very delicate broken frame with very bad editing. We complained they sent another frame but this time even glass and frame both were broken.

Biggest fraud company. They don't respond once you pay online. Be careful before you buy any product from them. I have been following up with them since last 2 weeks they don't respond to my email or what's up. The customer support number they intentionally made off so that customer can't reach them direct for their worst product. The quality of product is very very worst.

I placed an order for set of three customised rakhis while only one out of three got delivered. When I complained they assured that other two rakhis will be delivered within 5-6 days. They never got delivered and now they have stopped replying to my emails for refunding me partially for other two rakhis. Highly dissatisfied with their customer service.

"I recently purchased a clutch from this website, and I couldn't be more disappointed. The website claimed it was a marble clutch, but what I received was a resin clutch with a terrible finish. It not only looks nothing like the pictures but also feels cheaply made.

To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly slow to respond, and they are not accommodating at all when it comes to returns. Pathetic service and Response.. The photo frame was damaged and no refund was given and the frame was also not replaced.. Waste of Money and time. It takes one week for this delivery and zero satisfaction... Please dont waste your money on them ever

I had ordered 2 rakhi hampers from here to be delivered to Belgaum. Firstly, they didn't get delivered on the rakhi day. Then, on incessantly calling them, they gave us a tracking service link, and told us to contact those people directly. Again on making multiple calls to the courier guys, we were given very vague answers by them, and even told to pick up the parcel from their Shahpur, Belgaum office. These are the people from Tirupati Courier Services. Again terrible people to deal with.

The customer service lady from Homafy is the worst I have ever come across. She didn't connect my call to a higher authority nor did she call the courier guys to ask for an update. I had to call her multiple times before she picked up my call.

Worst website ever. Please don't order from here.

Big scam They just take your money Such a fraud company Homafy. no one is responding properly. it was a big mistake that I have purchase from here I will complain to Police.

I talked to a customer service representative to update my delivery address, mentioning that I am fine with delays and extra payment.
But they just brushed me off saying we can't do that. Just leave the order and let it go.
This is the worst customer service experience I have seen once the payment has been made.

They are really a scammer, once you booked an order and payment has been made post that you have to take follow up on everyday for getting the order id or for tracking

I ordered a customized name earing.
I placed the order in silver .but they gave me golden and I have a big name , so I thought they will accordingly place the pin behind to fit my ear. They randomly put it in center. I can't wear it practically. It hurts.i am callinga and complaining since 15 days. They only reply via mail and that also after every 3rd mail of yours , they will reply. I was so horrified to see such low credibility of the site .wish I knew about it. They don't pick the calls and reply to whatsapp msgs . Only mail , that also is not helpful. Don't buy from here EVER

I had ordered a personalised tumbler for INR 1,000 ( order 255593) on May 27th which after repeated follow ups got delivered on June 7th.

This was a gift for a friend and I was hoping to surprise her but it turned out to be a disaster and I so wished I had not ordered anything.I was not only disappointed but embarassed by the quality of the product delivered.

Not only did the product look different from the images on the website which had a matte look, its made of cheap quality plastic and the cap was also chipped. I felt cheated.I can definitely not expect my friend to use that quality of the product.

I reached out to the customer care team and while they responded all they did was apologise and replace the chipped cap which is of no use since I my friend cannot not use that tumbler.

I wish the founders and top management at Homafy took their customers a little more seriously and ensured that they were atleast providing value for the exhorbitant prices they charge.

I buy an oil painting frame through their e-commerce website and usually their product delivery days are 8 to 10 days. So the urgent requirement of the product, I paid the amount for Express delivery like Rs.260 additionally.
I got the product after 8 days. Then why did you require the amount of express delivery?!

Very irresponsible service from your side.
Then I unboxed the painting product, the Painting frame has a bend on the upper side.
What's going on Homfy... Your product and services are entirely unsatisfactory while receiving the money of customers.

Homafy has a product on its website where photographs are converted into oil paintings and can be considered as a great gift. However, they don't know the difference between a painting and a photo and they just printed my given photo, framed it and sent it to the receiver. Imagine my embarrassment when they asked me why did you send a random photo in a big frame to us!!! I told them it was supposed to be an oil painting and I will get it rectified, but even after following up for more than a week, Homafy denied to accept its mistake and didn't even refund the money, forget about exchanging the product which I was ready to do. Worst experience ever! Do not ever order from this website if you don't want headache.

Very pathetic service. They will take your money and they will not delivered on time even if you’re following many many times, I once your big day is over then they will deliver it. Please request you to help me to get my refund very bad customer service. Her name is Sakshi very rude and last 3 days I followed up with them. Please help me to get my refund or delivery before 7th.
