I ordered a few items in June from HomageTees - not to be confused with the Homage brand, which this site has clearly spoofed - and they’ve never arrived. They provided tracking info through 17Track showing the package arriving in the US and zigzagging the country from Los Angeles to Illinois to Florida and finally to my mailbox. It was never there. Multiple customer service emails ignored. No phone number and no other way to contact the “company.”

I should have done my research to determine this wasn’t the actual Homage brand. Don’t order from here. It is a scam.

Product logos are great. Material is cheap and runs a size to a size and half too small.

Unquestionably the worst company in the United States. Do not order from Homage. It is not worth it. On December 5th, I placed an order on its website. The order confirmation page stated that my order would ship in 7-10 days. I did not receive the order until after Christmas and was unable to gift these items. In numerous communications, Homage employees were misleading and deceptive. After returning the poor-fitting clothing to Homage, Homage offered repeated excuses as to why I have not yet received a refund. I still have not received a refund. It has been almost a month since these items were returned to Homage. This experience has been unreal. Do not order from Homage. You may either not receive your order or a refund for the items that you return to Homage. In my opinion, Homage is either run by incompetent people or is committing consumer fraud. Or both.

My order went from California to Utah where I live.
Then my package was shipped to Florida.
Now my package is in Minnesota.
Zero customer service.
Very quick to take your money.
I will be returning this package as I do no buy from companies that focus on taking money and orders only.

Homage Tees is an atrocious company with appalling customer service. I merely emailed with NHS proof for refund clarification because I had not been in my building to receive my delivery during December having been admitted to A&E, then in surgery - without realising my order was in fact non-refundable - and to my absolute horror a customer service person emailed me back, sniggering. They suggested I was lying about my hospital stay and recovery. Totally disgusting. Totally shocking. The fashion press needs to look further into how this business, celebrated when it launched, now operates. All they needed to politely inform me was that my order was non-refundable. When I expressed my shock at their customer service, the company ceased contact with me and blocked me on social media in - an attempt - to refrain me from highlighting my experience. Homage Tees claims its USP is to celebrate famous icons, the company is becoming infamous in its conduct, I work in the fashion and music industry and these icons would be equally disgusted. The one star rating is to enable me to proceed to be able to write this review.

Made two different orders a year ago in November 2021 and they never arrived. Have been in talks with them since then trying to get them to send me the items and they even told me in two separate occasions they were going to do it. As the first time, it never arrived. I even paid the shipping fee twice as the first time the address was wrong on one of the orders. They stopped answering and I feel robbed. DON’T BUT FROM THEM.

Terrible customer service, failed to respond to multiple emails requesting the return address. Finally they responded weeks later, saying it was too late to return my items. Despite having tried to contact them for the address the same day I received items. Emails now being ignored. Waste of time and money. Do not use this company.

They will rip you off! Scam company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER BUSINESS!

Finally got this sham of a company to agree to exchange badly fitting shirts but I had to resort to threatening them with legal action first. Suddenly, after ignoring my emails for weeks, they couldn’t do enough to help. Refunds and exchanges were offered, all I had to do was return my unwanted shirts. I did this on the 26/2/22 and then… nothing. I had one email claiming they’d sent me my replacements but Royal Mail had let them down and the shirts were lost however, they couldn’t provide me with a tracking number so I’m not convinced. They then promised to send the replacements by a courier service and I’d have them by the following Saturday. This was weeks ago and, since making this empty promise, they have once again taken to ignoring all of my messages. I’ve contacted them again to remind them of their legal responsibilities as a vendor and pointed out that, if I haven’t received my replacements by 26/3/22 then they are in breach of uk consumer law and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Hopefully, this will start the ball rolling again… To conclude, there is no way I can recommend this terrible company and would advise anyone considering purchasing a shirt from them to stay well away!

One star for the correct graphic, but that's it. Selected premium t-shirt almost $40 for thin, sloppy hanging shirt. So disappointed and I WAS so excited about your design. No reply from customer service.

Terrible, avoid like the plague. I did actually receive my items but the quality was awful the t-shirts were such bad quality I wished to send the two items I ordered back. I emailed and got a very unprofessional response and they said I could only return one of them and they never gave me the return address I kept asking for. I then responded with a quality complaint and never received another email from them. Have been emailing for weeks now with no response. Definitely scamming people, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They have taken my money and not delivered the item which was a Chrustmas present. I have sent then several emails via their website (only way to Contact) and have received no response. I have now read other reviews and regret not having done so before - buyers beware.

I made a large order with this company in November 2021 and my items were never sent. I've tried to contact the company multiple times via email and their website. I contacted the company on Instagram asking about my order and they blocked my account immediately. This is not a legitimate shop. They will just steal your money and not send you anything. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!

Sent me the wrong size, took two weeks for them to rectify. I offered to send back the additional t shirt, they thanked me and told me they would refund the postage once they had received it, they never refunded me after receiving. Worse part was I had to repeatedly ask for the address to do so as they seemed unwilling to give it to me, it made the whole process difficult. Not to mention they repeatedly used the incorrect name in our emails. One email was also very unprofessional in language. I understand that they’re trying to seem “cool” but unfortunately it came across as aggressive and condescending to myself.

This fraudulent business failed to deliver my order and failed to provide me with any resolution. Not only did they not respond to emails they blocked me from their Instagram page and I was nothing but patient. Misleading people in to providing a false service. I only reached out on Instagram because that’s where I discovered their business, I only commented via direct message because they were not responding to my emails and they then block my account and not once was I rude or aggressive. Businesses who block customers whom have paid for goods, you have to be concerned about. Do not place orders because if a parcel is not delivered at the correct address they will block you and steal your money and pretend you never existed. I have taken this further with action fraud and will be taking necessary steps to ensure I get my money back.
