We went there for 1 night

We went there for 1 night, a week ago. Since then I've received 11 emails from them! Ridiculous. There's no free wifi. 👎🏻
Update: I unsubscribed and still getting emails...
Update 2: for the price you're asking I think free good wifi should be included.

No facility to book using ACSI Card

I don't understand why the website includes the ACSI logo, but doesn't provide any facility to book at the ACSI rate. Whereas other websites enable you to pay a deposit, then get the booking agents (as a reply to the confirmation email) to adjust the balance based on the ACSI rate, the Homair Chat-Bot advised me that, once you book, you can't subsequently claim a discounted rate. I understand with small sites, but surely Homair can afford to build the ACSI discount facility into their website.

Homair were very prompt to respond to the above review, and said they would take this suggestion on-board. They also provided the email address for me to contact, through which I was able to book at the ACSI rate (the request I'd sent via the ACSI site a week earlier remained unanswered).

The proces of reservation is ok but in…

The proces of reservation is ok but in the end there is a possibiliti to pay reservation in 4 instalments and this is what is not understandable and I was angry about it. Last year when I did this it was easy and understandable the price was split into 4 equal instalments, every instalment in a month as normal people would understand. This year the price was split into 3 instalments and I had to pay immidiatly 50 procent and in the end of this month I have to pay another instalment so in one month I have to pay 75 procent of reservation. So how is this reservation split in 4 instalments as it was last year. I understand I have to pay my reservation eventualy but it makes me angry if you advertise 4 instalments and I have to pay all practicali in one month. Just delet option 4 instalments and you won't misslead your consumers in the end. As with this kind of practice you don't give your company a good reputation.

We would like to clarify how our 4-installment plan works. The scheduling of payments is automatically calculated based on two main criteria: your reservation date and your departure date. Last year, your booking was made sufficiently far in advance of your departure to allow for the payments to be spread over four installments. As your current stay is closer to the departure date, the schedule has been adjusted to ensure the balance is settled before your arrival.

When I eventually managed to speak to a person (Emma), she was excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.
But your systems are truly appalling. Overcomplicated and incomprehensible at times. I needed to book pitch on a campsite, this is not rocket science, I have had 10, yes 10, emails regarding the transaction. A single call and confirmation for payment should suffice. Please sort out your provider.

After two days of trying to finalize…

After two days of trying to finalize the booking, I couldn't because the website was no longer available. Today, on the third day, it finally worked, but I had to find other accommodation because the one I had chosen the previous days was unavailable, and the other two families who are also with us couldn't find anything due to numerous problems with the website.

I was Not able to Book without an Agent…

I was Not able to Book without an Agent per Chat as the Homepage always says that an account with my email address already exists. The booking per Chat was okay then, because Wendy was good. Working then on the Homepage again was again Not good again as everything was on french. Changing the settings to German or English is Not possible until today because the Homepage still says that an account with my email address already exists, on changes possible. Each email from you is in French so that I had to contact Wendy per Chat today again to change the terms of payment to four instalment payments. So the Chat is working good, the Homepage has and defect. Maybe you Can change my settings to German.
