Beautiful Quality but very poor shipping
I cannot fault the quality of the clothes. They are exquisitly made and the fit is beautiful and you are getting what you paid for. However if you order internationally the shipping experience is incredibly poor. I have ordered twice and both times the shipping was delayed with poor communication.
I placed an order on 26 May and was told it would be delivered 25 June. No communication from the company, I had to follow up. Then I was told it would arrive first week of July. Again the company did not reach out to inform me of any delay. Instead I had to constantly chase to ask for a tracking number. Each day I would be assured that it would be sent but it wasnt until finally my order was shipped on 8 July on standard delivery. 2 weeks later I have still not received my order as the company put my address incorrectly and the shipping company has informed me that they may have to send the parcel back.
If you decide to order from this website add a month onto whatever delivery date you are given and ask for a photo of delivery to confirm the correct address was put.
