I placed an order, but the items took an exceptionally long time to arrive (over a month), and when they did, the sizes are way off reality. I have tried to contact the store multiple times to request a refund, but do not receive any answers.

Just avoid this website; it's cheap for a reason. Lesson learned.

I paid for an €80 order on September 17th and I haven't received it.

I've asked several times where it is. No response. I've requested a refund several times.

No response. This site is definitely one to avoid.

As with most reviews, appalling experience. Items took weeks to arrive and were fake, not genuine, ordered L and wouldn't fit my 3 year old grandson! Well and truly stitched up, unlike the shoddy garments that eventually arrived. No response to many emails requesting to return :(

This is a fake and scammer site. PayPal and Shop applications should stop supporting them.

After waiting 3weeks for my delivery. It finally came, its fake and already falling to bits. Tried emailing and contacting them with no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!! if you see any of their posts. Let people know there scamming people.

Scam. Placed an order and at first I received frequent communications about the delivery (2 weeks seems a long time for a standard delivery, but I thought I’d give it a try). But suddenly all updates stopped, it’s been over 3 weeks now with no delivery made. I have tried to contact the company for an update and to cancel the order, but no reply. Lesson learned.

The clothes they send out classed as XL Wouldnt fit a midget.avoid avoid avoid.everything iv bought is of substanard quality and there must be a scammer in the philipines laughing all the way to to the bank.sent them an email but not holding my breath for a good outcome.

I have asked Hombreso.com to give me an address for me to return the absolute terrible items that I ordered the quality of the goods is so poor and nothing like the description on the website.
They have responded once to my emails but no return address given, they said most people don’t return because of the postage cost they suggested I reorder at a 50% discount.
I want to return and have a refund these items are not as advertised I feel I have been totally misled by this company.

to small from your size chart 2XL should fit 114cm chest these measure 100 cm so your sizing is all wrong or you have sent the wrong size out so this a error by your company so can I have a refund I they took my money, but I’m in trouble getting my money back don’t use this company

I purchased a £78 Polo Sherpa Jacket online from this Company which has arrived and looks cheap and nasty, nothing like the photo. I have contacted customer services to return the jacket, but they are not responding at all. This Company is ripping customers off, scamming them with cheap nasty fake items of clothing. Do not waste your money.

They ignore any type of contact and hope you just go away. Spent £75 on a jacket that was fake and awful quality.

Absolute scam, avoid like the plague. Item arrived and quality is so cheap, the logo on the jumper looked like it had been sewn by a 2 year old. The Gilet looks nothing like in the pictures and is the worst rip off of Polo I have come across. I paid £51 for the Gilet and free jumper, I would not even have paid £5 for this. Contacted them and asked to return, they said I have 2 options - either return or they will provide a 50% discount on next order. Since then I’ve asked for the return address and no reply, I have been ghosted despite sending many follow ups. Avoid, avoid!

Absolutely ridiculous fake clothes. Don’t buy from them you will be disappointed.
Should not be able to sell. Sites like this should be taken down immediately.
