Do not buy anything from this company. I am an electrical contractor. I know lighting quite well. These fixtures look great in pictures and on their website. In reality, they are amongst the worst fixtures I have ever seen. It was almost hilarious how fixtures were. Their customer service is awful. They offer returns, but you have to ship to China and they do everything in order for you to not send them back. DO NOT BUY!

Horrible quality fixtures!! At $145 per light I felt like these came from the dollar store

I took a chance buying this online but I have to say I wa pleasantly surprised when they arrived, they look fantastic.

My lights took almost a month to arrive since they shipped from overseas, but it was well worth the wait! They are beautiful! And such a great price for what you are getting. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a very expensive light for my kitchen and paid for “super fast shipping”
Two months later… Still nothing.
Scam. I’m disappointed in myself for trusting.

I was ecstatic to find matching hardware pulls and knobs to the rest of my newly built home. I ordered a pack of each for some additional cabinets to be installed expecting a set of two in each pack. They are a foreign company and there was a language barrier in that they consider a pack to mean only one so that’s what I received… one of each for my double door cabinets. There’s no information on their website to indicate the items are coming from Hong Kong so shipping is very slow. After a long wait and tracking information in Chinese, I finally received the two packs of one each. I ordered another two packs to make my order complete and paid almost double the order for expedited shipping this time. I wrote a note to Helen in Customer service explaining the situation and asking her to only change their description for future customer expectation but she in turn immediately issued me a full refund of the expedited shipping cost, which I appreciated. I love the pull and knob being of such good quality and unusual style, not to mention matching the rest of my home. I’m looking forward to receding the second set. This company offers a great product and customer service is not only responsive but proactive in solving an issue. I would give them five stars for that if it wasn’t for the misleading description and no shipping time frame information upfront.

Excellent customer service and fast delivery. The sconces I ordered are exactly what I wanted. Will definitely shop here again!

The ceiling light we ordered is so poorly designed it requires complete unwiring to change a lightbulb. There were no instructions included, and we were referred to a
PDF on the website which is incomplete. The company won't refund our money. Apparently they aren't interested in repeat business or word-of-mouth recommendations. We are working with our bank to stop payment.

Pendant light does not have UL rating.

I appreciate that my fan light has multiple settings so I can adjust the brightness and speed to my liking.

The Medieval Iron Retro Single Head Bauhaus Pendant light arrived. The top iron circle was bent. Due to the fact that it took so long to arrive, I did the best I could to straighten it out. I hung the fixture and you can’t really see the bent part. :-( Secondly, I ordered the Bauhaus Stained Glass Pendant light at the same time.
3 boxes finally arrived and DID NOT include wiring to install the light.
For the price I paid for this light, I am extremely dissatisfied.

Omg buyer beware!!! Company DOES NOT reply in any sort of reasonable fashion and repeatedly says”it should ship soon” I’m trying to now contest the charge with my credit card since it’s been well over a month since the initial order and zero tracking or verification of shipment

Do not believe their lead/delivery times. Our two pendants took over a month to arrive, arrived in separate packages, one more than 7 weeks after the order.

Customer service replies but essentially just tells you to wait for the order. The tracking info just shows the order is somewhere between the UK and China.

The products are reasonable, not amazing quality but not terrible either. So overall megh .. wouldnt order again.

The light fixture I received was extremely low quality. Internal components (wires, screws, etc) were all very cheap materials. The wire was so thin I could hardly attach them to our cord. There was no grounding wire, which even the cheapest lights I've bought from Home Depot have included. The product was also different from what was photographed on their website. It seems like I received a cheap knock off of what was advertised on their site. Some pieces arrive scratched, others warped.

In addition to the clear defects with the product, the shipping took over a month, much longer than what they listed as the original estimate. Additionally, when I reached out to customer service to return the product they stopped responding when I insisted I would return if they provided a full refund.

I ordered 2 light fixtures. Both took a long time to arrive, the first was the wrong fixture the second seems to be the correct unit (although i have not installed it to check if it works).

For the wrong fixture, initial support was proactive (if somewhat difficult with the same questions being asked repeatedly). Eventually I was told a replacement light would be issued. However, I have now heard nothing for 1 month after 3 chasers.

Be very cautious using this company, it seems orders go wrong regularly and when they do it will be time consuming and you run the risk of losing your money.

Additional edit: it is also worth noting I received email confirmation that I had submitted positive reviews for their products - before they even arrived! I did not leave the review, suggesting there are some shady practices be used.

EDIT: 2 days after posting this review the replacement fixture arrived. Updating the review from 1-3 star to reflect the product arriving.

Received our light fixture 1.5 months after ordering. Customer service unprofessional.

The lights are so beautiful and I was very excited to enhance my home - I bought four different lights. It seemed to take forever to get them. Then one arrived. Then a week later the second then a couple of weeks later the third. I couldn't find bulbs to fit the pendant lamp. I went to a electrical/lighting store that has every kind of bulb available. He said it could be one of two kinds that he had, but if I put in the wrong one, it could spark and be dangerous, so I should find out which one it was. I wrote the company and it took over a week to get a response.
When you write to the company, it says "Helen@ homidiy" so you get the idea that there is a person you're writing to. But 'Helen' is not very nice. She answers for sure, but there is no sense of human understanding. Maybe it's a language thing...but they could at least use AI to say Sorry or Thank you. It's just an awful experience.
The third shipment was months my order. When purchasing, it said set of two. I ordered two sconces. I received one. I wrote about it and have not received an answer yet.
Now I'm thinking that with such a bad experience, they probably are counting the sconce as two because it has two bulbs.
The only reason it has ANY stars is because the lamps are very pretty. their design and advertising is nice but the rest totally sucks.

Not too intense nor too faint. And strong rather than flimsy. Performs precisely what I needed it to.

Live that you can adjust the LED type-warm, cool etc. they give off so much light.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a light in early February and it still hasn’t arrived. They sent an email saying it shipped but the tracking number is bogus. I have asked for a refund and…crickets. They take your money and you get nothing. I’ve filed complaints with BBB!
