Ordered a steamer as a Christmas gift for my sister. Arrived quickly and all inside the box seems okay. However, there was no external packaging - it was just the product box which had courier writing all over it, a courier label on it, a big crease down the side and a bashed-in corner. I've put a sticky note on the gift apologising for the state of the box! Seriously, how much extra cost would they incur by puttIng it in another small box.
Disappointing...

Horrible experience. Tried to order a Christmas gift, needed to call to get some info since I didn’t hear anything from them over two weeks after ordering. Got a message today that it couldn’t be delivered after all. Do not order from this website.

I ordered a coffee machine and payment was taken twice, 1 payment was refunded and assured still get order. Order never arrived, apparently cancelled due to stock levels. Wouldn't refund 2nd payment as claimed was already refunded, but that was the duplicate payment which they took. Thankfully paid using PayPal and refunded that way. Very poor service, unable to talk to anyone, only receive generic responses via WhatsApp chat

Deze website/webshop lijkt van Philips maar als je de website beter bekijkt zie je veel taalfouten en slechte vertalingen. Bijna een airfryer besteld maar deze was wel erg goedkoop. Nadat ik de klantenservice had gebeld kreeg in een bandje die vertelde dat ze gesloten waren vanwege de drukte en de feestdagen! Later werd ik doorgeschakeld naar het echte Philips Call Centre.

Zonder dat ik iemand gesproken had kreeg ik een mail dat er een ticket was aangemaakt voor mijn melding (welke melding, had niemand gesproken). Kijk dus uit deze oplichtings site zit goed in elkaar!!

This website/webshop appears to be from Philips, but upon closer inspection, you'll see numerous spelling errors and poor translations. I almost ordered an air fryer, but it was incredibly cheap. After calling customer service, I received a recording saying they were closed due to the holiday season! I was later transferred to the actual Philips Call Center.

Without speaking to anyone, I received an email saying a ticket had been created for my report (which one? I hadn't spoken to anyone). So beware, this scam site is well-designed!

Product never arrived, managed to talk to them first time and promised to get refund, well I didn’t get refund and it’s been weeks since then I can’t reach them DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I paid for an appliance on the /gb part of this website. 3 weeks later it hadn't arrived so I searched for a contact number and called them. After a while on hold I was told my order had been cancelled "for technical reasons" - it would have been nice if they had informed me!

As a "goodwill gesture" they gave me a 15% off code, in fact these are easy enough to find online, like I did when I placed the order. Anyway, somewhat reluctantly I reorderes. Same again, 1 week later no distpatch email and I've just checked my online banking as I see they have refunded the payment...I wouldn't have known otherwise.
