I ordered two cushions however they were out of stock in the particular colour I had wanted. Homelust Contacted me straight away and offered a refund or to replace my 2 cushions with 3 cushions with the same design in a different colour. I’m very pleased with quality and speed of my delivery & love my 3 cushions. I will certainly order again from homelust.

Totally in love with my purchase! Although I had the little misfortune of a damage during transit from anpost, a member of homelust staff has delivered the unbroken item the same day!!! Thanks so much I'll certainly browse for a new order soon!!!

We also don't feel that this review reflects our service or products, as the information we received was that, despite the delay (per tracking number above) it may still be delivered, and we were not aware that you did not have your order at the time of submitting this review. Not having this information did not allow us to investigate this in any way.
In addition, you may be aware that you have made your order during snow week in Ireland, when all shipping and general transport services were cancelled in this country for a number of days. We posted your order as soon as services resumed and were advised the backlog was cleared. Per our T&Cs, some shipping delays (especially after documented shipping backlog in the aftermath of snow week in Ireland) may be outside our control.
Now that we are aware that your order is missing, though we believe it might be out for delivery on Monday, 12 March, we can investigate as to why this is. we agree that six days for a delivery across Dublin is far too long, but we depend on our shipping partners, and the postal services experienced delays due to adverse weather.
