I had an account with over $1500…

I had an account with over $1500 dollars in earnings that I never got to use and all of a sudden they deactivated my account for scanning a reciept again isnt that your job to catch ir. Sorry I have lots of reciepts with same items from same stores especially if I find a deal. I want my money back now. I have received anything till I tried my earnings

Stealing my money

I'll be darned you know I'm almost in the 4K club with these people but they don't care they have no respect for anybody they don't read your emails I go to United grocery store top of the receipt says United bold letters but they're stupid reader on your phone that reads whatever the heck store you've been at says to everybody that it doesn't recognize the store find whatever we go past that issue but then we get to the issue of really so you don't even want to acknowledge everything I bought and then you want to tell me you're going to give me less than what I'm doing even though I specifically go to this store by these items so I can get that particular amount of money back also to continue to work towards the redemption of prize for the 95 offers redeemed to get $35 you know considering the economy and everything else today and the rising inflation the fact that there's a company out there who wants to force people to try to buy stuff that's cost more because they are doing it with an incentive and the thought of getting something back out of it and then they want to turn around and they want to screw people and they don't want to answer you they want to give you some generic response and just keep issuing the same response over and over and over is horseshit considering that 3 months ago I had to get my food stamp card replaced just so that I could actually start getting what I was doing even though it was my food stamp card in my name that I could prove and I had used ibotta for years I get told that somebody added my s*** to their account and then I'm the one out the money and that they've been giving my money to somebody else and the only thing I can do to get that problem fixed wasn't what our new card so I order a new card go figure go figure that was a month ago and now they want to have these issues with the stupid receipt it seems to me like they're just a piece of s*** and when you find somebody who knows what they're doing and so they go and they compare the ads and they compare what's on sale at certain stores so they can maximize their profit back you go and you screw them considering im a single parent

Customer service is terrible

This was the only cashback app/service I used. Terrible customer service, it's been a headache to get assistance after they closed my account and took my earned funds. I eventually cashed out and removed my recommendation of them to my clients and friends. I can only influence a few hundred to stay away from this company, I'll take it.

A company that doesn't have a product and depends on others specifically to make money should have customer service as a priority. This company does not.
